Perched elegantly on a hillside at 900' in elevation, the property boasts refreshing breezes and panoramic vistas of the Pacific Ocean, framed perfectly by the iconic Whale's Tail formation in Marino Ballena National Park. Imagine waking up each morning observing Toucans and Scarlet Macaws in the trees, and listening to Howler monkeys. Enjoy the gentle breeze all while taking in the Pacific Ocean and the Whale’s Tail.

Sleep soundly and peacefully in the three master bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The three bedrooms are well removed from each other, two are separated by a huge covered outdoor space with a large pool and an outdoor kitchen that includes a full-size refrigerator, sink and BBQ grill. The third bedroom is on the lower level (accessible via stairs or the driveway) with ocean view, kitchenette and private patio. Their are two full sized sleeper sofas in the living room that sleep an additional 4 guests. The interior living space has comfortable high-end custom furnishings. The gourmet kitchen is a culinary artist's dream, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and a large island perfect for entertaining. We have a custom hardwood desk and chair in the spacious laundry/guest amenity room for those who wish to work or video conference during their stay. Villa Ballena has a solar and battery back-up system which activates automatically in the event of a power outage. To preserve battery life, the hot water, washer/dryer, and the separate bedroom across from the breezeway will not have power during an outage, but everything else will function.

Step outside to the pool, where you can relax while taking in the stunning coastal views. The lush tropical gardens surrounding the home offer privacy and serenity, creating a perfect oasis for unwinding after a day of exploring.
