We had an excellent stay and would absolutely recommend this beautiful property. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The views were absolutely stunning and definitely one of the major highlights of the property. We also loved the location as it was close enough to nearby towns and populated areas to make shopping, dining, and exploring convenient yet just far enough away to feel incredibly private, peaceful and serene. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beauty of the coast, and feel like we were truly getting away from it all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. Check in/ checkout instructions were clear and simple. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The view is spectacular, from every room. Truly the photos don’t even capture the beauty. We all agreed we would love to return here someday.

Spectacular location and extremely responsive host. Excellent recommendations for what to do in the area as well. Would definitely return. One detail missing from the listing is you have to go through one of the bedrooms to get to another one unless you go outside. It was fine for us but maybe not for everyone.

Beautiful location with amazing ocean views, beautiful home with good light and attractive architecture. Only complaint: the back of the sofa facing the ocean needs repair to be able to stay upright.

the fact that you needed to go thru one bedroom to access the other was a significant drawback which should have been clearly stated. Also kitchen ware needs to be updated as there were insufficient numbers of several items- wine glasses, bowls, etc. other than these two objections, the place was lovely and functional if somewhat dated.

I’ve looked long and hard for the perfect ocean view home to rent. I finally found it!! The weather couldn’t have been better. The home was pristine clean. The hot tub was very clean and easy to use. The ocean view was great from living room and all the bedrooms. The gardens were an extra surprise we all enjoyed. The kitchen was well equipped. It even had a trash compactor. Our host was easy to communicate with and gave us several recommendations on restaurants in the area. We hated to leave but hopefully we can return again. Thank you. Gloria and Alan H.

Gorgeous view and extremely peaceful

This property lives up to it's name of Pacific Bliss. This was a perfect fit for our stay which included family of all age groups. We had no issues and the views and the area were great. Just far enough away and secluded enough for peace and quiet, but close enough to beaches, towns and hiking. Thankfully we got to enjoy a perfect clear day along with a clear evening during our stay to watch the sunset and the moonset shortly after from the back deck. Also, the star gazing at night is unbeatable when it's clear. The gardens in both the front and back yards are amazing. Nice to walk the gardens waking up with the sunrise and your morning cup of coffee to enjoy the birds chirping and the hummingbirds buzzing. Perfect home for a relaxing getaway. They use very good furnitures and everything’s perfect! Thanks a lot! Very impressive!

Om værten

Værtens profilbillede
When we're not in Mendocino, we live in the Bay Area and have a passion for travel, especially throughout Asia. Some of our most memorable experiences include cycling through the rice fields of Ubud, wandering the bustling markets of Bangkok, and tasting street food in Tokyo. At home, we enjoy long bike rides along the Marin Headlands and unwinding with sewing projects, from making cozy quilts to crafting travel bags.

We love sharing our favorite places and experiences with our guests and hope you’ll fall in love with Mendocino just as we have!

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We absolutely love Mendocino County—the fresh ocean air, the towering redwoods, and the charming small towns. Some of our favorite activities include hiking the trails at Russian Gulch State Park, strolling through the Mendocino Headlands at sunset, and wine tasting at Lula Cellars in Anderson Valley. We also enjoy exploring the local art scene and grabbing a delicious wood-fired pizza from Brickery in Mendocino.
