The hotel was fine aside from the terrible gymHowever, the room was disgusting. The sheets felt kinda clammy & dirty, the sink would not drain properly. There were no hooks anywhere to hang bathroom towels, nor was there even an iron in the room.The room also had a ton of bugs in the bathroom & sink area. The bunk beds were also pretty unstable, thankfully no one had to sleep on the top bunk.

Cleanliness is taken very seriously, and all rooms are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to arrival. If anything felt off or not up to standard, we wish you had reached out during your stay so it could have been addressed immediately—our team is always available to resolve concerns in real time. Items like irons and additional fixtures are available upon request, and we’re always happy to provide them when notified. As for the concerns mentioned about bugs and the bunk beds, these are not typical reports, but we will still have our team review and inspect to ensure everything is in proper condition. We appreciate your feedback, though it would have been far more helpful if given during your stay so we could have improved your experience right away.

The room has a musty smell and the bathroom vent is not working. It's a common vent to the building. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion when we arrived but there front desk has a price list for the little bottles. Nice view and peaceful location.

Would Definitely Stay Again....

Unit was clean and comfortably situated for a group of 5. We loved the view of the marina. The location is within reasonable proximity of multiple beaches north or south. Most importantly, the host was outstanding! I can not rave enough about how well they communicated and the timeliness of their responses. The property was great, but the host was the best!!!

Nice view of the canal from the 2nd floor.Pretty much as advertised.Bathroom door was broken .

The place was cute but we found ourselves needing an extra blanket and there wasn’t one so we went to the lobby and we were told we couldn’t get one because we were in a condo. We wound up just turning off the ac at some point because the fan was making noise and it was very distracting. Also it would’ve been nice to have the breakfast included in the price. We wound up not going to breakfast because we left our wallets in the room and they kind of told us we needed to hurry up and didn’t want to be rushed. Overall it was an ok visit. Beds were comfy though!

Overnight trip

The property was nice, the room was clean and communication was very good. The teen said the bottom mattress of the bunk bed was very uncomfortable. The AC vent was not adjustable and very close to the bed so it blew on my face all night and I woke up with a sore throat. Overall it was a nice stay on the water.
