A stilted 2-story façade welcomes guests to this waterfront property, where the lengthy private dock stretches out to the water from a beautiful firepit area in front of this home. Modern elegance meets outdoor living at its finest inside this coastal retreat. Sleek tile floors lead to a sliding barn door that opens to reveal a quaint living area with a mid-century modern aesthetic. Unwind on the brown leather sofa with a chaise lounge to enjoy a cinematic experience on the 70” Smart TV with a soundbar or sink into the cozy chair with a matching footrest to catch up on a good book. A shower room with a sink and an adjacent laundry room makes for easy cleanup after beach fun. Off the patio is a screened-in outdoor kitchen boasting a built-in, 5-burner propane grill with a hood vent, alfresco dining table for 6, and a 28” TV mounted overhead.
