This is the second time we have booked this condo and we absolutely love it. It doesn’t have a ocean front view but you can see the ocean from the balcony and you can see all the lights from the boardwalk all the way to Destin so easy to check in and out. Being able to park on the same level as the room is nice too! I do wish there was a map on easiest way to get to the pool/beach because we felt lost trying to find it all the different ways but it was okay just extra exercise we will always use pinkie for sure for our rentals at Waterscape

The condo was beautiful inside and had everything you would want or need. The resort is wonderful. My only complaint was the view from balcony. I enjoy sitting on balcony while on vacay and this isn’t the condo for that. i missed not having a nice place to sit in the morning with my coffee or relaxing in the evening with a view.

We have been coming to Waterscapes for almost 12 years, mainly at Fall Break in October. We came for spring break this year and the weather in the pan handle is always iffy in March. We lucked out and 5 out of the 7 days were very nice. The beach crew at Waterscapes is absolutely fantastic, very professional and courteous. Any day at the beach is the best day ever!!! Check in was a breeze and Pinkie Flamingo had everything covered. Very pleased

Great place

We had a wonderful stay. We love Okaloosa Island because it is less busy than Destin, but still close. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable and my kids loved the bunk beds. The kiddie pool and lazy river were nice, especially when it rained during our stay. Beach was nice and location was great as always.

Amazing stay!

This was our very first time staying at Waterscape and we are so happy that we chose this condo. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need to make a family meals. Beds are so comfortable!!! Most of all we felt at home and very happy with our stay. Thank you Pinkie for making our vacation a very special one!!!

Really enjoyed this place. Only complaint would be they need more than one frying pan.. we made do but it would’ve been helpful. Loved everything else & would recommend this place.

Great experience

We had a great experience. It was just as listed and so easy to find. It was clean and even ready to “move in” way before check in time which was a great plus to be able to unload before we went grocery shopping and all! The pools and all were very nice but a little chilly. Overall GREAT experience!!

Amazing Stay

We stayed for 7 nights. Everything was amazing. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking/eating. The property was also nice. The kids loved the pool area. Fireworks on the pier could be seen from the balcony! Restaurants were within walking distance. Convention Center is close. Host was responsive and had good communication. When coming back to the area we would absolutely stay here again without question.

Could Not Have Asked For Better

Posh beach side condo with excellent accommodations! Easy access from the parking garage. The most comfortable beds we've had while traveling ever. Smart TVs worked and were easy to use. Wifi was fantastic. The resort as a whole has an excellent pool area with a heated pool for the chilly days. Beach access was super easy and convenient. We will stay here again and when traveling to other beaches I'll check to see if Pinkie has properties there to book. Fantastic experience and stay!

Overall our stay was ok. When we arrived the first night a roach crawled out from under the kitchen trash can and ran under the door into the outside hallway. I was able to get a picture of it. According to Google lens it was a German cockroach. I immediately emailed the host with the picture attached and we went to a hotel that night. The next day the host responded that basically there were bugs at the beach. When I responded with the fact that I was aware and ok with that but not ok with that specific bug, cockroach, I wasn't even given a response. We decided to stay bc let's face it, we didn't want to pay for a whole new place and be out the money. I will say that we did not see anymore during our stay. With all that said, the condo is just not clean. It's a nice condo and could be great to stay in but the cleaning crew just isn't doing their job. Walls, baseboards, cabinets...just dusty and grimey. You could also tell that the tub and shower had not been cleaned. This and the fact that the host didn't bother to respond to my second email is the reason for the 3 stars. The pool area in the resort on the other hand is awesome. My kids loved it! Perfect combination of attractions for my toddler, 5 year old and us adults. We had a good vacation but unfortunately will be finding a different place to stay next time.

The condo was clean and extremely nice, one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. I must say waterscape is very much for families and children though, it wasn’t relaxing at all being in the pool, kids were constantly jumping over you splashing you right in the middle of conversations with adults. Pinkies condo A521 was exceptional, I just won’t be returning to waterscape for a relaxing vacation. They need to add an adults only pool.

Summer Vacay

We had a great stay! Our unit overall, was clean. The description of the unit (A521) & property is what it says it is. You will need a stop at the grocery store for essentials if you are staying several days. Both a coffee pot and a Keurig machine are provided. The beach chair service is first come first serve. The pool area is nice & innertubes are provided for the lazy river. Not far from the property is Stewby's Seafood Shanty and it was delicious.

Relaxed at beach

We had a wonderful time here. We are usually ready to get back when it is time to leave......but we wanted to stay! The resort itself has something for every age. I have a 13 year old and twin (almost) 2 year olds. We also had my SIL with us. Every one had an amazing time! It was well maintained. Close to anything you could want. Just lovely! The unit was clean and comfortable. We felt at home. Although the unit doesn’t have a full on beach view, If you sit by the master room there is a view of a beautiful section of beach! We were pleasantly surprised by that. The owner communicated well and answered all questions we had ahead of time. Check in and payment was a breeze. We can’t wait to return! Depending on how many are in party, we may be back to this one!

Great Resort! Can't Brag Enough!

I always rely heavily on reviews and wanted to leave my experience with everyone! This was our first time at Waterscape Resort and will definitely not be our last! We loved the room, but loved the resort in general. The condo was a great size for my family and the added bunkbed room was amazing. There was a tv for each bunk, so my kids were able to watch their own shows. They loved laying in there and feeling like they had their own space. The bathrooms were a great size and I really liked that. The room had everything we needed. I also love that the beach service was included. Everywhere else I have stayed, we have had to purchase that separately, so that was nice. We just simply walked out to the beach and chose an umbrella and chairs that we wanted. I also liked the layout of the beach chairs. It gave the kids plenty of room to play and also a great view of the beach that wasn't blocked by lines of chairs in front of you. The best part of the resort was the pool areas and the different things for kids to do. There was a kid area that had a splash pad and my son absolutely loved it. There were several pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, and just so much room for everyone to do something they liked. The drink/snack bar was nice also. We ate lunch there a few days and it was so easy to be able to eat there instead of having to go to the room or go out. My family really loved this resort and it was one of our best vacations yet! I had an easy time booking the room and I had no problems our entire stay. I would recommend this room and I would recommend this entire resort in general! I guarantee your family will enjoy it as much as mine did!
