A fun step back in time. We decided to rent this property due to its unique mid-century decor, and it didn't disappoint. While the decor is a throwback style, all appliances and amenities are modern. The house was also clean and well maintained. While offered through VRBO, the property is managed by a local company, which was very responsive and easy to coordinate with.

Great House & Great Location

Home was very clean and situated in a safe and desirable area. Close to conveniences and easy drive to all local attractions. Host communicated well. We enjoyed our stay.

This is probably the coolest house to rent in Tampa. The decor and vibes were immaculate! We felt like we were transported to the mid-century and had a great time lounging in the well-appointed living area. The whole house has great architecture and thoughtful design, great for an extended stay. The master bed was very comfortable, and there were extra blankets/pillows if needed. The only improvements we'd make would be the showerhead was pretty weak and could use a refresh, and the kitchen tools were a bit chaotic. The hosts were great and were responsive, though it took a few hours to get in touch. Location is also great, there's a sprouts & publix literally around the corner, with lots of coffee and food options nearby. The gym down the street is a huge plus too! We'd definitely come back for our next trip to Tampa.

This was a very clean home in a great location. I had a month long stay and found the kitchen to be well stocked, though the cabinets were a bit crammed and disorganized, and the beds to be comfortable. It is very cute and well decorated in line with the mid-century modern theme. It was easy to live in for the month and had plenty of space and storage for my needs. There was covered parking for 1 vehicle, and the circle driveway made it easy to park an additional vehicle. I would suggest sacrificing the theme some to provide more comfortable seating. The host has a strict fee for early check in policy regardless of whether the cleaners have prepped the home. But otherwise the host was easy to work with when I accidentally had a package delivered after I departed, and the host was readily available but left me alone to enjoy my stay. I would recommend this home for a short or long term stay and give it 4.5 stars if that was an option.
