We’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced, particularly with the elevator being out of service during part of your stay. Unfortunately, elevator maintenance and repairs are handled by the building administration, and the unexpected breakdown affected all residents and guests in the building. We understand how inconvenient it must have been to walk up and down several floors, especially when accessing the parking levels, and we truly regret the discomfort this caused. We also appreciate your comments regarding the bathroom and communication, as feedback like yours helps us continue improving the apartment and our service.
