Newly Remodeled Historic 1920's Victoria Beach Studio less than a mile to the beach!
The interiors of the home includes: 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed, 1 bath with walk-in shower, Kitchen, Smart TV, & WiFi.
The space
We are renting our VERY CLEAN 1920's remodeled beach cottage.
This home is located in South Laguna on Terry Rd and is within walking distance to Victoria Beach with incredible sunset views.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING
Minimum Age Requirement:
Primary Guests must be 25+ years old.

Air-Conditioning
This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.

Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.
Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Laguna Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation
