• Bedroom 1: King bed with an en-suite bathroom, featuring a standalone shower and bathtub.
• Bedroom 2 & 3: Share a full bath on the main level.

Important Note: All bedrooms and sleeping spaces are upstairs, and both staircases are steep.
• Children must not be left unattended on stairs or in bedrooms.
• Individuals and pets with mobility concerns may find the stairs difficult.
• The property is not childproof and includes outdoor spaces with drop-offs.

• Phone map directions often show you have arrived before seeing the property. Continue going until you see the wooden sign on the left side.

• Check-In: 4:00 PM (keyless entry begins at this time).
• Check-Out: 10:00 AM.
• Flexible Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel up to 30 days before arrival for a refund (administrative fees and insurance are non-refundable). Optional Cancel For Any Reason and Standard Travel Insurance are available for purchase.
