We had a wonderful time and this house had everything we needed for our large family staying in Orlando for my nephews house warming. The home was clean, organized, all the amenities advertised were better than expected. The kids LOVED the theatre room and the pool! The Oasis access was also wonderful. Steve and Sandy were top notch hosts!! Communication throughout our entire stay was seamless. This helped us with any glitches that came up, making our vacation as seamless as possible. The best! Our extended family of 19 (with kids ranging in age from 15 months-21 years) had a fantastic stay! The home is set up perfectly for family gatherings, is well appointed with appliances and tons of baby gear, and is very well maintained. Host communication is polite and efficient, and having things like trash bags and laundry detergent provided was a thoughtful extra. We visited both neighborhood clubhouses during our stay (much better to avoid the weekend crowds when doing so!) and, while we did venture out to nearby theme parks a couple of times, truly spent most of our time enjoying the company of one another in the house. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful property! The house is massive! We had 18 people and there was PLENTY of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked (and LABELED! which I love!). The selection of oils, seasonings, etc are sparse, so plan accordingly. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the hot, humid weather. There were plenty of beach towels too. Highly recommend this property! The owners are friendly and great communicators - usually responding within 15 minutes or less.

The home was incredible. And I use the at home instead of house because that’s what it felt like. The accommodations were top-notch. The attention to detail on what was needed was great. The communication with the host and efficiency you’re getting questions answered could not be better being able to use. The oasis was a huge plus also the time pass very quickly and the entire family had a great time. It was the perfect spot for our little reunion and celebration of graduation for our niece. Our stay at Steve and Sandy's place was amazing! There were 8 adults for a 3 day golf trip in the surrounding area. Everyone had their own room, plenty of space and the amenities were perfect for our down time. We watched the Olympics in the theater room where everyone had their own comfortable recliner. The dining room table suited our group for all meals and the kitchen has everything we needed. The game room kept us busy as well with the pool table, shuffle board and more. The outdoor space could not have been better. We hung out in the pool and hot tub and also used the grill for a cookout one evening. They communicated well and the directions and information were spot on! I would stay here again and recommend this home to anyone wanting a great escape!

Our journey to hosting began during our family travels. Our first experience as a vacation rental guest was in the Outer Banks, and we were hooked. After that, we had another family trip to France, where we stayed in a beautiful house by the beach, and that's when we decided to become hosts. Our vision is to offer families happy holiday experiences where they can build unforgettable memories that the kids will talk about for years to come. We started hosting in 2012, and the rest is history!

We knew we wanted a Villa in Champions Gate because it is a fantastic resort community and the houses here have a really nice layout. Although we knew which community we liked, we had a hard time finding the property that we thought was the right fit.

When we saw this one we knew right away. It had everything going for it, no rear neighbors, it was in a cul-de-sac, with a green space in the front - no other part of Champions Gate has all three.
