Tilbring din ferie på vores dejlige strandfront ejendom, der ligger i nærheden af alle større attraktioner i San Diego. Bare et par skridt væk fra stranden og et par korte blokke væk fra tidevandspooler. Sid på terrassen, slap af i stuen eller soveværelset for at se en af de smukkeste solnedgange i Californien. Om foråret og efteråret vandrer hvaler lige ud over slutningen af den lokale Ocean Beach Pier. Oplev sjove San Diego-aktiviteter såsom cykling langs stranden, sejlads, skøjteløb, svømning, surfing, fiskeri, dykning, snorkling og golf. Besøg San Diego forlystelsesparker, museer, Balboa Park, Gas Lamp District, Petco Park, Old Town og meget mere. San Diego Zoo, Sea World og Lego-land er blot et par af de største attraktioner, som San Diego tilbyder. En kort køretur fører dig til Indian Gaming og Outlet Malls, videre til Scenic Mountains, og hvis du ønsker mere eventyr, den smukke Anza Borrego-ørken. Denne ejendom er fuldt møbleret og inkluderer alle sengetøj. Denne ejendom blev for nylig renoveret og dekoreret. Alt i denne ejendom blev for nylig købt. Ejendommen har to soveværelser, hver med luksuriøse queensize-senge. To komplette badeværelser, hvoraf det ene indeholder et jacuzzi-bad. Desuden en luksus dronning sovesofa og også en konvertibel madras. Denne luksuriøse ejendom kan sove op til 8 personer. Der er et komplet køkken, som indeholder køkkentøj og tallerkener. Ejendommen har en reserveret parkeringsplads, men på grund af vores fremragende beliggenhed bør parkering på gaden ikke være et problem. "Ikke-ryger" - To kabel-tv'er, DVD, hurtig internetadgang, opvaskemaskine, mikroovn, fælles vaskemaskine / tørretumbler. Det er en lejlighed på første sal med privat gårdhave med fantastisk havudsigt. Delt gårdhave med grill. Betalingsmuligheder: Personlig / forretningskontrol, kassekontrol, postanvisning. En 10. skat på 5% byværelse pålægges lejeomkostningerne. Et depositum på $ 500 vil blive refunderet kort efter afrejse, når nøglen er returneret og lokalerne er efterladt i en acceptabel stand. Et depositum på 500 dollars og en returnering af lejeaftalen kræves ved reservation. Forsinkede betalinger vurderes et tillæg på $ 100. Ved afbestilling tidligere end en kalendermåned før din ankomst refunderes 50% af depositum. Alle andre aflysninger vil medføre fortabelse af hele indbetalingen.

Peaceful retreat at the ocean’s edge

Stylish, comfortable accommodations. Kind, welcoming host. Balcony sits just above the rocky shore of Sunset Cliffs. Will definitely book again!

Great view. Great stay!

Loved our stay here. Truly great view along with sounds of ocean waves and ocean breezes. Host, Dean, was very responsive to all communication. Close to Ocean Beach, shops, restaurants, and walking to Sunset Cliffs. Totally recommend!

Short trip

Went to visit a nephew and see some sights. Condo was in a great location close to a lot of places we wanted to visit. Loved looking at the ocean when we were at the condo.

What a view!

I wanted a 2 bed/2 bath property with a great ocean view for a special birthday celebration, and this fit the bill perfectly. Watching the surf, the surfers, pelicans, and sunsets was just magical. Plus it’s convenient to many San Diego attractions.

Fantastic location

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo was clean, well cared for and offered a phenomenal view of the sunset each evening. Enough space for our family of 5 and had everything we needed, including boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs/umbrella, etc. It’s in a very quiet and safe area, yet within 15 - 20 minutes of everything you’d want to see in the San Diego area. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo overlooking Pacific Ocean

It was a very nice place. Beautiful views very relaxing. Loved listening to the waves crashing on the rocks below. We didn't get to spend much time at the condo, but the time we did spent was very nice.

Excellent Condo in an Excellent Location

The condo was clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location to get around the city. We were a family of four and we had all the comforts of home. The view is spectacular and it was so much fun to watch the boats, surf boarders and paddle boarders just outside our window. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the San Diego area!

Great place and location

We came for a sisters weekend, and were not disappointed. The views were incredible, right over the water, and the sound of the ocean just washes your cares away. A short walk or uber to town. The location is convenient to everything you want to do in San Diego. The condo was nicely appointed, the beds are very comfortable and it was very neat and clean.

31st Anniversary stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We'd like to recommend curtains for the balcony door. The sun kept us from watching TV and when you pull the shade down you cannot access the balcony. The place was very clean and comfortable. The property grounds were not manicured very well and the building needs numerous repairs, including stability renovations.

Beautiful Condo In A Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, very comfortable and stocked with everything needed for a great beach vacation. There were coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, bicycles, beach toys, etc. so we really did not need to get anything. The balcony view is incredible and the sunsets breathtaking. It also was in such a great location for us as most of the places we wanted to visit were a 20 minute or less drive. It’s also easy to walk into Ocean Beach for the shops and restaurants. Dean was very easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this property!

POSTED: Unsafe for human occupancy per San Diego Dept

We arrived at the condo to see a red sign on the garage, that the San Diego Fire Department posted the building as unsafe for Human Occupancy as of April 28, 2024. We were unable to enter the property but could see the deterioration of the bottom floor of the building and rusted out support posts for the decks. The owner did not divulge this information, only that the stairways were being worked on and that it wouldn’t interfere with our stay. He was in complete denial that the building had restricted access and was off limits to occupy and has been for over a month. His untruthfulness about this matter made it extremely inconvenient as we no longer had a place to stay without any advanced notice.

Breathtaking view, crashing ocean waves, SO clean

This beach property is super clean, decorated tastefully and beautifully, is comfortable, and when you add the sound of the ocean waves crashing, it is nearly perfect. Do not bring little things like bandaids, soaps, shampoo, etc- it's ALL there. Even snacks, teas, sweeteners, seasonings beyond salt and paper and more!! It was so nice to have chips and bars left for my teens right when we arrived. I was so impressed at all of the details. We ran into 2 small issues that were dealt with very promptly: 1) I had asked about bikes a month prior, and the response was that two were available. Sadly, after connecting with the owner, I was told that they had just been thrown away. I knew I wanted to jump on a bike right when we got there to explore, since I could tell from the map location that this was in the middle of a residential neighborhood. It was a big disappointment when I found out that there weren't any as we could have brought ours. I did receive a text the next day that the cost of the rentals would be covered if we decided to go that route- which is so thoughtful!! However, we wanted the convenience. 2) The TV in the main room did not work from the very first arrival either. The owner came the next day and replaced it with a new one- talk about service!! It was still a bummer. Maybe it was meant to be so we would look at the gorgeous ocean right there instead of wasting time looking at a screen? ;) Something that needs to be brought up that I was shocked not to see in other reviews- this neighborhood is not the best, but not horrible either. I am not a snobby person, and am very open to different kinds of people...but there are many hippie types, vagrants and hobos in the area. They all keep to themselves and are friendly, but they are visible. My teen said his SnapChat located him at "Hobo Rock." I am not sure if this is due to Covid, or if it's always like this? An easy solution would be a security guard for this small complex, but there is a password protected entrance so that's good. It's a bummer that the bushes outside the balcony block the view of the pier, but I do understand the reason why- to block the view of the types of people who loiter in the area by the stairs that lead to the beach adjacent to the property. It is certainly not a huge negative, but certain types of people who are considering this property deserve to be made aware of this. Thanks for a wonderfully relaxing stay!!

Beautiful Ocean View

We were able to watch the sunset from the balcony every evening. The landlord was easy to contact, quick to respond, and friendly. The apartment has all the amenities you could possibly need. Located a walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

5 Stars - Amazing Stay in San Diego!

I had an incredible experience at this property! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to beaches, great restaurants, and local attractions. The host was responsive, kind, and made check-in super easy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Diego!

Spring Break Vacation

We stayed with families in Oceanside for 3 days and booked this place for 3 nights to finish off our vacation in San Diego. As soon, as we walked inside the condo we were greeted with an amazing view, the "Ocean". It is so spectacular to see and hear the waves crashing to the rocks. It is truly an experience to watched the most beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The condo is super clean and we loved the extra items that the owner provided for us. It has a lot of amenities which we hardly used or did not use at all because we were gone with other activities the whole time we were there. The place is also close to everything and most of all the "Sunset Cliff". My husband's favorite place to visit when we used to live in San Diego. We enjoyed our stay here a lot. I highly recommend this rental property. It really is a luxury ocean view Oasis.

Gorgeous ocean view.

Super clean, amazing view over the water. Quiet neighborhood and close by beaches, bars, restaurants and activities. Use of the bikes were a big plus. The proximity to the water and the views are undersold by the pictures. Would definitely stay here again.

New Years weekend
