Check-out: Check-out is at or before 11:00 AM. Please ensure that you turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Additionally, lock the windows and doors, and return the keys. Guests will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys.

No Additional Guests/Parties: Guests agree that the premises shall not be occupied by a number of people exceeding the number specified in the reservation. In the event of a violation of this rule, guests will be required to vacate the property immediately without entitlement to a refund.

Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Leaving behind the scent of cigarette and/or cannabis smoke inside the property will result in a $50 penalty fee.

Bedding/Towels: Sheets and bath towels are included with the accommodation. Bath towels must not be removed from the premises. Please do not eat in bed, and do not sit on the bed or furniture while wearing wet clothing.

Washer and Dryer: These appliances operate using cold water only.

Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet; please use the waste bin provided instead. Unclogging the toilet in an emergency will incur an additional charge.

Damages: Guests are responsible for covering the cost of repairs in the event of any damage to the property.

Parking: Please park in the designated parking space.

Pool: Guests are responsible for their own safety at the pool, as no lifeguard service is provided.
