We absolutely loved our stay! The home had so much space, and all of the rooms were large and comfortable. The outdoor patio and kitchen were perfect for hanging out and spending time together. The pool and jacuzzi were a huge hit with both the parents and kids! The little ones absolutely loved the playground, and the dads really enjoyed the putting green.The hosts were amazing, very responsive, attentive, and quick to help with any questions or requests we had. This was a great place for families and groups, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Was a good overall experience. We were traveling with young grandchildren, so playground equipment, trampoline, and putt putt were good for them. Pool and grilling area were very nice, ate outside a majority of the time.I would say overall is dated vs the photos but still good. Had a problem with washer/dryer but was resolved quickly with a phone call. A/C in 3 bedrooms were excellent, one not so much. But on the negative side the open kitchen/living room area had 2 small AC units that just couldn’t cool the area. Didn’t realize that we couldn’t flush any toilet paper in any of the bathrooms either. Extra toilet in vinyl enclosed room outside close to pool that I never noticed in the photos. Had some ant problems a few places in the house.

Excellent getaway

This property offered a serene and relaxing experience. There was lots of room for all guests and the commute to downtown San Diego was very quick. I had a couple of questions for the host and they were very quick to respond. Had a great time!

The host is not a female named Vivi like stated. It’s a man who yells at women on the phone. We are all female staying in the property. Took no accountability for the dead spiders and ants in every room and shower, broken tv in the living room, broken fridge, and AC not working in half the house. You are not allowed to flush toilet paper, so unsanitary, we had to put our used toilet paper in bags. There’s also a broken down U-HAUL truck in the backyard. We informed him of the AC on Friday at 9pm (6 hours after we arrived and turned it on) he didn’t send anyone out until 7pm Saturday. We checked our Sunday at 11am and the AC was still not working properly. When we called him today to try to resolve this, he hung up on me.

Great set up for large groups

Overall property is amazing. The inside space is lovely. The master suite is like a luxury spa. The outside space is just an impressive with a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen. The 3 rd bath and 5 th bed are available for an additional charge in the attached caista which had a full kitchen and provided nice privacy for my father-in-law. Would be a 5 * but septic system does not allow anything, even toilet paper, to be flushed.

First they sent checkout instructions instead of check in instructions. Then they got mad about us turning on the jacuzzi that we were only aloud to use for 2 hours a day which was never mentioned in the description. Then my child plugged in her phone charger in the master bed and I guess she unplugged the internet on accident. They started calling and texting me that there gonna call the cops and they were getting aggressive. Just know that they will be watching the camera and counting any and all visitors . It feels like the host is hovering over the cameras no privacy for a lot of money

Plz be careful with these guests. We have never had anyone as annoying as them! All of the sudden they want their money back when they check out. I’m sure they do this often and get to travel for free. If you don’t have the means to travel please don’t! Be careful with them

The Perfect Family Retreat

My family and I spent a beautiful weekend at this property. The house and yard are exactly as shown in the pictures. The house is beautiful, and very spacious. The yard has something for everyone! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the playground and the miniature golf. The whole family enjoyed the BBQ area, and it is spacious enough to accommodate a large group. The weather was a bit too cold to utilize the pool, but it was beautiful and very well-maintained. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful as well, and the view from the yard is so relaxing. Vivi was an excellent host, and responded quickly to any questions we had. If this property is available the next time we're staying in the area we will absolutely book again!

Relaxed

Loved this place. A little more spiders than we liked around the property, but we did appreciate the bug spray left.Only a couple minor things to gripe about:1. Would have brought a blower to blow the leaves and debris from the putting green so that I could have enjoyed that more.2. Because of the photos, we thought we would have gotten the casita as well. It was ok, but that should be a little more clear in the description.Overall we loved the place and will stay here again.Thanks.

First, the good: this home is beautiful. The recent updates are stunning in person — the kitchen and flooring are gorgeous, the master suite looks every bit as good as in the photos, and the outdoor kitchen is fantastic.Unfortunately, the mechanics and maintenance didn't match the finishes. The AC in the main living room, kitchen, and a child's bedroom didn't work for our entire seven-night stay during high July heat. We reported it the morning after check-in; a promised replacement part never came and it was never fixed. Running a house for ten with the main living areas and a child's room uncooled in midsummer was genuinely hard. The washer also failed mid-week and wasn't repaired.Some things also differed from the listing. The "casita" bedroom is featured in the listing and was confirmed in writing as included in our price, then mid-stay we were told it wasn't part of the rental. The hot tub, a listed amenity, was capped at two hours a day with an added hourly charge beyond that and had to be owner-activated with notice — none of it disclosed. Posted signs flagged further undisclosed issues (no flushing toilet paper; reversed hot/cold water controls awaiting repair).To their credit, the host was reachable and offered a future stay, and the home truly is lovely. But a beautiful house you can't cool, with a bedroom and amenities that aren't as advertised, isn't the stay we booked. Confirm the casita, AC, and hot-tub access in writing before booking.
