Escape to our stunning 3BR/2BA beachfront apartment in Daytona! Enjoy direct beach access, a heated pool, and resort-style amenities. Relax in thoughtfully designed interiors, challenge friends to a game of pool, or stay productive in the conference room. Stay fit in the modern fitness center, then unwind by the beach. Perfect for couples, families, or business travelers—your seaside getaway awaits! Book now for the ultimate blend of comfort and coastal vibes.

Welcome to Triton Cay, a resort-style short-term rental experience. Our building has just finished construction. Rentals will be starting on February 1st, 2025.

Our beachfront pool is HEATED so it can be enjoyed all year long.

If you would like daily housekeeping, please send us a message and we will schedule. The cost for daily housekeeping is $75/day.

Our building has interior corridors throughout the property for your convenience.

We have photographed our model unit. Finishes and layouts will vary. Please pay attention to the listing title as it describes which type of view each unit has.

All one bedroom and two bedroom units have a queen sleeper sofa.

We manage 50 units in the building, so we can accommodate larger groups. Please reach out to us for details.

Perfect location

Short getaway with our kids and grandma, and this spot was perfect! On the beach, gorgeous pool, beautiful facility, and close to everything in Daytona. We would definitely come back to stay here!

Never wanted to leave!!

Beautiful property right on the beach. Amenities are top notch, VERY clean, spacious rooms, great parking! Michael, the host, was great. Worth every penny!!!

Condo

Condo was super clean, nice and modern look. Instructions to check In and out were pretty clear and straightforward. Nice location and everything was almost perfect except for a few things. First, we were only given one key fob to enter and exit. And literally every door, you needed the key fob to buzz in and out. Even the elevator you needed to buzz in first. And as you could probably imagine with 6-7 guests it was kinda a back and forth with buzzing in and out. Super inconvenient but we delt with it. Next, the pool was nice and big but what they don’t mention is that it is only 3 feet deep all the way around the pool. I tried to zoom in the pictures to see how deep it was but no luck. And finally, I could’ve sworn I booked an ocean view room but received a street view instead. Other than that it was a decent stay.

Great unit and location

The unit is spacious and very clean. Property has wonderful amenities. Pool and beach access are great! On site property managers are great. First time with VRBO where the check in and user instructions were EXACTLY as outlined. No hiccups. No confusion what so ever. While it says street or building view the balcony wraps around and you get a great view of the beach unobstructed. Twenty minutes from everything else including downtown Daytona and other areas. Plenty of bath towels. Not enough hand and face towels. That’s fine. Bring your own.Takes a minute for the water to warm up and it does not get hot, hot. I can understand that this may be perceived as a liability issue as someone might complain. Communication was excellent. If there were any questions or concerns they were addressed quickly and efficiently. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Pool area was great

The check-in process was easy. A lobby and pool area were really nice as well as the gym. The unit itself was very large, but when we entered we immediately noticed the counters and floors were not cleaned. The owner was very responsive and asked if he could remedy the situation immediately. It is a brand new building which was really great. The unit itself felt like it was n't completely finished with decor. Half the windows didn't have blinds and there was no artwork anywhere. The living room had one small sofa and a chair which is not enough for the amount of people that can stay in the unit. It would have been nice if the windows had some sort of blackout shades or curtains because it was very bright in the morning. We wish there would have been more sheets on the bed because there was only a flat sheet and a light comforter. And the unit is on the road and you can hear all the motorcycles and loud cars. And the bathroom in the lobby was never cleaned the entire time we were there and it was dirty as well as the gym floor.

235 Roadview

This property is newly built and gorgeous! The room was extremely clean as well as the entire complex! Great staff. Went the first week of April, extremely quiet not crowded. Huge pool to swim in. Beautiful courtyard for adults/kids. The entire condo was spacious with a huge walk in closet in the master bath. Perfect complex for adults and families.
