The place upon arrival looks well organized with good use of its space and tidy. Once situated and ready to unwind, we found that the linens weren't fresh. They were stained with alot of hair from previous guests. The kitchen has tiny ants everywhere around kitchen sink counter and table. Outside there's maybe a stretch 5x8 feet of "beach" and the pools weren't clean initially. We did use them on the 4th day because they finally were cleaned but its not temperature controlled. Getting to and off the isle occurs thru a ferry that operates approximately every 15 minutes. Which broke down and was unavailable 2 days and had us being cargoed to and from 6 people at a time. We ran out of TP as enough wasnt provided, and were directed to go to the harbor cafe which is only opened from Thursday thru Sunday. I got message on Monday and I check out on Thursday, It is important to note that you have to take a ferry to get to the property, runs from 6 to 11 so if you have an early flight, you need to check out a night early and get on the mainland. The information was not posted in listing and when I requested a refund of my last night to take my family elsewhere, it turned into a back and forth and me not getting a full night refunded.. The property lists laundry available on site. We visited and there was 2 washers and dryers. Dryers are old and rusted and of the 2 washers only 1 was on and it ate my quarters.. so no laundry is available onsite.
