My husband and I enjoyed 5 nights in this beautiful condo. It was super clean and the beach view from the balcony was perfect. Whether sitting on the balcony listening to the waves, watching the dolphins, taking in the soul-soothing sound of the waves, or walking on the beach, we could not have had a more enjoyable experience. Amazing stay! Steps from the beach and pool! Perfect for when the little kids need to take a break for lunch/nap. The condo is also walking distance to a few restaurants! Check in was super easy and simple (we arrived at 1am so thankful for this!) Condo was very clean when we arrived! Will be staying here again for sure!!

The location of this condo is perfect! The beach is literally steps away! It is well stocked with all the amenities of home. It was clean and there is plenty of room. If the beds were more comfortable I would give 5 stars! The one hide-a-bed the mattress was so thin. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Tranquil Escape

Friendly front desk staff. Plenty of towels. Bed could be a little more comfortable. I left a day early but my back is overly sensitive. Great views of the ocean very clean.

Room was as advertised, clean, excellent view. The only problem is that the water heater is too small. You can only take 1 shower and the water heater runs out of hot water. A big problem when you come in from beach and 2 people want to shower. It could use some hooks in the closet by entry door so you can hang jackets up when you come in. Overall it was very nice, except for the shower.

Nice and Relaxing Get-Away.

Simple arrival check -in process. Condo was very spacious and decorated nicely for a beach retreat. Any and everything you would need in the kitchen for preparation of meals. My husband and I enjoyed having one and half baths. Loading and unloading in parking lot was a breeze with closeness to the condo and carts available for use. The beach was actually just a few steps away. When done with the beach an outside and inside pool available with ample seating around pools. Would book here again.

Beautiful unit. Met all our expectations. All appliances worked, more than adequately supplied with cooking supplies, lots of towels.This unit is in an excellent location for view of the beaches. The condo was clean. I feel the condo needs some updating. The receptacle on the balcony was pulled out from the wall and laying on the floor. A lamp in the living room didn't work. The rack in the dishwasher needs a roller. The sink stopper doesn't work. The half bath vent fan is very loud. One of the elevators was not working. This doesn't have anything to do with the condo itself but 2 nights in a row the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building in the middle of the night. The key pad on the door was difficult to use.

We have reported the balcony receptacle, living-room lamp, dishwasher rack roller, sink stopper, and noisy half-bath vent fan to our maintenance team so they can be repaired. We've also notified building management about the elevator outage and the repeated fire-alarm activations so they can investigate and address any safety or system concerns. We love the location but the condo was not real clean. The shower door especially. The bed was not comfortable and there was no washer and dryer. Also, the sofa needed to be replaced. Maybe the owners have something going on to prevent them from making improvements.
