Aloha Debbie — thank you for the thoughtful review. Glad your family enjoyed the ocean view, lagoons, hot tub/sauna/steam and that our team made check-in easy. I’m sorry about the shower odors and the cleaning issues you found; housekeeping has been notified and we’re scheduling a deep clean and inspection. We’ll also replace the broken boogie board, add more water glasses and dish towels, and upgrade the knives, and we’ll confirm the master bedroom has proper bedding going forward.
