A great vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at this cabin. The cabin is a bit old and could have used some "sprucing up" but we enjoyed it! The deck and chairs were not cleaned, the basement was pretty musty and our towels wouldn't dry down where the bedrooms were located. We also found a dirty, wet towel stuffed into the end table from a previous guest. We enjoyed the hot tub, the nice, large dining room table and eating our meals outside on the picnic table.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 29. maj 2026
Thank you for your review, Tanya! We are so very glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and were able to relax in the hot tub and enjoy meals together outdoors. We appreciate you bringing the cleanliness and maintenance concerns to our attention, including the deck, basement odor, and missed towel from a previous guest. Please know that we keep staff on hand to happily assist with any cabin issues during your stay 24/7. Your feedback will be shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams as we continue working to improve the guest experience. We truly hope to welcome you back again in the future! Great cabin for a family getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the cabin! The only recommendations are that the kitchen needs more supplies for cooking/eating and the water temp and pressure in the top floor bathroom needs to be improved. We struggled with getting the shower water warm enough and the low water pressure made it a little tougher to wash our hair.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 18. jan. 2026
Thanks so much for staying with us and for the kind words—we are really happy to hear you loved the cabin and that it worked well for a family getaway! We truly appreciate the constructive feedback too. We are already reviewing the kitchen inventory and will be adding more cooking and dining supplies to make meal prep easier for future guests. We are also looking into the water temperature and pressure in the upstairs bathroom, as thats definitely not the experience we want anyone to have—especially after a long day. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience. Your input helps us keep improving, and we would love to host you again down the road! We encourage guests to book direct and save up to 15% on your booking, see you soon!

Everything you need

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, very private and peaceful, in a densely wooded area, yet close to the busy center of Gatlinburg. The hosts are very accommodating. Easy check in and out, clear instructions. The house itself is a bit outdated, but quite cozy and very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and so is the entertainment room. There is no driveway but a parking spot for 4 small to medium size cars right by the front door; the hot tub fits only like 3 adults. Overall the home is well maintained and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to a large family or a group of friends.
