Surf Side Shores 2901 is an east corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 9th floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1100 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with a balcony with a limited view of the bay and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. King, Queen, Queen, NO Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6.

Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is an extended season pool, and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Happy we found this location

This West Beach complex is located near many attractions, yet has less traffic to negotiate than other areas along the beach. Our 3 bedroom 3 bath gave everyone space and privacy, as well as allowing all to gather for fun and games. The large patio allowed everyone to enjoy the beautiful view of ocean, sunset, and sunrise. Pool was large and clean. Easy access to beach.Will stay here again in the future.

Nice condo and the kitchen was stocked well. The couch was uncomfortable and the pull out bed in the couch wasn’t working.

Great location

The location is as good as it gets. We were about 2 min to the pool. 4 minutes to the beach. Our balcony overlooked the water. There are many restaurants choices within about a 5 min drive. Grocery stores are about 10 min away. Lots of outdoor activities near by.

Beautiful view, all amenities you could ask for, everything works, clean rooms. The only things were small aesthetic things like broken and rusted tiles on the balcony and in the condo. The furniture needs to be updated soon; i.e. the footrests on the recliners are stubborn and hard to maneuver. The chairs on the balcony are torn and uncomfortable. The mattresses are okay at best. We would stay here again and hope for some updated and upgraded furniture. Price was absolutely fantastic!!
