The view of the lake couldn’t have been much better from the back deck. Having the lake just a few steps off the deck was a dream. Loved the steam room feature in the master bath. The comforter and bed were very cozy in the master bedroom. The pool and sauna and dock were great additions as well. I’d 100/% come back.

An absolutely beautiful view and location that is right on the water! The condo was really nice, well stocked and the check-in was very easy...and did I mention the view? We look forward to returning.

This unit at Brockway Springs Resort was perfect for our family of 5 vacation! Gorgeous location, right on the shore of the lake, with two decks to sit and relax from. The interior of the house is nice, with a very comfortable living room and dining area and a well stocked kitchen for cooking meals in. Beds are comfortable as well, and bathrooms have towels and bathing products. The resort also has tennis courts and a beautiful pool that sits right above the lake with stunning views.The location is convenient for walking to the town of Kings beach, and it’s a quick drive to Incline Village and not far from Sand Harbor State Park. The only small issue was verifying my identity to the rental company- seemed a bit of an invasion of privacy to require a digital picture of my face profile in order to make sure no one was using my license? Nevertheless, we will rent here again- it is great!!

Great view from room, living and Patio, on the edge of the Lake, Clean. Kitchen have all the cooking needs. Good to have: few more mugs for Tea and Coffee. We only found 3.

Amazing location. Only steps away from the lake with beautiful views from both patios. Gorgeous house with everything our family needed for a weekend getaway.

Fun Family location

Beautiful lakefront location with steps off the back deck right out to the water. As close as you can possibly get. We had a great time for a fun family trip. Thank you!

Very nice condo

This condo has been upgraded beautifully and has a great location with a terrific deck overlooking Lake Tahoe. We would stay here again.

Awesome view

This was a mother's day getaway with family. The view was amazing the charm of the condo was great. It was a great place to enjoy the view and relax.

Winter Paradise

The condo was very spacious with enough comfortable seating, sleeping, bathing and eating for everyone. The view of the lake and access to the town exceeded my expectations too. A definite comeback to visit kind of place.. thanks for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise.

We love Brockway

Great property for a group. We loved sitting on the deck looking directly at the lake. Brockway has everything you need for a fun family stay in Tahoe. This unit had everything we needed for cooking family meals and relaxing.

Lake Tahoe in all its glory

We enjoyed everything about this home! The house is very well cared for and nicely appointed. It's a short walk into town or to the sandy beach (a beautiful rocky beach is just steps from the porch). The views from the porch and balcony are simply amazing!

Right on the lake

The property is in a great location. You can walk right from the back deck to the water. Great views. Comfortable. Bathrooms are updated. Has a great community pool that over looks the lake. Great place to go with family or friends.

Beautiful view of the lake

This is a great property with a beautiful view of the lake. We were able to relax and enjoy our few days of a fall vacation here. Great space and layout of the home. Grand Welcome, who manages the rental, were easy to reach and responsive when I had a question and were great to work with. We plan to come back.

Many views of Lake Tahoe

Great condo, well appointed and with the most amazing location. Right on the lake and just as advertised. Very comfortable. The views from the deck and balcony are fabulous and great spots to watch the lake in all different weather and light.

Cabin

Overall the place is nice and in a good neighborhood, we stayed before in lake Tahoe and aways used a cabin to stay and some of the cabis have kayaks for the gest to use and gas grill if fire is not permitted, we think that this cabin is in the perfect spot but need some of those stuff for the kids like the kayaks will will be back to lake Tahoe but probably choose a diferent cabin

Great stay- awesome location!

Our family of five had a great stay at this rental… beautiful house, clean and amazing location! Lake Tahoe is just a few feet away from the back deck! The community the house is located in is clean and safe and it’s walking distance from King’s Beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. We had to call the property’s helpline a couple times and they answered promptly and helped us right away. Only complaint would be we wished they had more extra towels, paper towels, etc on hand but that was a minor issue and we had a great stay. Definitely would recommend!

The location was amazing

The house is good size and the location is amazing. Nice bathrooms and the views are awesome . The check in and help provided in timely manner . The late checkout request was also fulfilled. Over all a really good experience. Thank you
