We absolutely loved our stay in Santa Rosa Beach and would definitely recommend. The view from the balcony unmatched, however we now have large biceps from opening the sliding door to get there. The unit was very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Neighbors were very quiet. All building employees were extremely polite and helpful. The location was ideal plenty of places for shopping and dining options within a few minutes drive. Will recommend to friends.

We loved the room and beach access. Things that bothered us during our stay was the construction being done outside that was extremely loud daily and the fact that the exterminator showed up to spray our unit for bugs while we were there. We did not have bugs and none of this would stop us from staying here again.

Catherine, thanks so much for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience! We’re really happy to hear you loved the room and the easy beach access. I’m sorry about the loud construction outside and the exterminator stopping by during your stay — I know that’s not the kind of interruption anyone wants on vacation. We’re working with the building to limit noise as much as possible and to better coordinate any required pest-control visits so they don’t disturb guests. Really appreciate you saying it wouldn’t stop you from coming back — that means a lot. We’d be excited to host you again anytime!

The condo was clean and well equipped in the kitchen. We had plenty of towels and it was helpful that there was a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels. The view is amazing from the room and the boardwalk view is magical. We had excellent service when the garbage disposal quit working—repaired within an hour. We did not give 5 stars though, because the beds were terribly saggy and creaky.

The location and views were amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable! The bathrooms need updating and some furniture needs replacing. The couches have an odor probably from wet swimsuits over the years. The balcony furniture is cheap and disappointing. Will definitely look for a different condo in this building! Great location!

It was a nice stay

The place was nice and we enjoyed the seventh floor! It was sandy upon arrival and needed a deeper clean. We weren’t concerned as we were excited for our trip. Both mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and the host had plenty of soap and extra trash bags, which were nice touches. On our last day, we noticed black mold throughout the bathroom ceiling. Concerned, we messaged the host, but unfortunately never heard any communication back. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location, but would hope the cleanliness is addressed for future rentals.
