Overall, the condo is very nice. The views from the main living area and master bedroom were wonderful. The kitchen is nice, the only issues we had were the ice maker is very slow to make ice (we bought a bag) and the Keurig coffee pot needs to a deep cleaning. Luckily the regular coffee maker was there and worked great. The pool is very nice with lots of room and plenty of seating around it. The only negatives I can think of are the multiple different codes for everything. One for the pool, a different one for the alcove area, etc but once we got them figured out we were fine. Our stay was wonderful though and we had a great time decompressing from our daily stresses of home.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well-appointed, with beautiful views. The property itself was also very clean and it was a short walk to set up our beach chairs. We plan to return in the future.

Memorial Day weekend at the beach with all the hassle. Property was not crowded and neither was the beach. Once we got the gate codes worked out, our stay was uncomplicated. Master bath was a little small for us though….wife and I are taller than average but served the purpose. Elevators provided easy access to rooms and check in and check out were easy. Beach view was fantastic, all appliances worked great and enough seating for everyone.

March in Perdido Key

Everything was as advertised. Unit was clean. Great location within walking distance on the beach to FloraBama and Crab Trap restaurants, and across the street from a convenience store. We will definitely consider staying here again if we decide to return to the area.

The property was awesome, all aspects even with the construction going on. Those folks were very professional and we hardly noticed they were there. The property did lose all water pressure, so we did what we could upon checkout. Otherwise, we would definitely consider returning in the future. 5 stars indeed!

We had an awesome stay at this condo and it quickly became one of our favorite beach trips! We’ve stayed at a lot of places, but waking up to the huge window in front of the king bed made this one special—honestly better than a balcony. The condo was spacious, clean, and had plenty of storage to stay organized. Everything was well-stocked, and having a washer and dryer was a big bonus.The pool was a great size, and the walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved that the beach and condo weren’t crowded. We only shared the elevator with other guests a few times the entire week. It’s a little drive to find restaurants, but the quiet, no-traffic vibe made up for it.There was some construction with workers present daily, which meant taking a few longer walkways and hearing some noise during the day, but it wasn’t a major issue.My only real complaint was having to remember four different codes—for the building, pool, beach, and lockbox. It got a little confusing at times.One unexpected perk was the heated bathroom—it made nighttime bathroom trips and coming in wet from the beach surprisingly cozy. Communication with the host was smooth and easy the entire stay. We’d definitely come back!

I really don’t like writing negative reviews, but this trip deserved it. The condo wasn’t at all what I bought. Much smaller. It’s not really meant for families here, as there are a bunch of arbitrary rules, especially dealing with the threat of extra fines for silly items like beach tents. It was way overpriced for what it was. And, the oddest thing, they tried to show the condo while we were in it. They called two days in a row to schedule viewings. All in all, it was about a 4. I was pretty disappointed the whole time with our condo. I’ve been going to the Emerald Coast for 20 years, and this probably was one of the worst experiences. Not sure if it was overpriced because of VRBO or the realtor company. If you have kids, don’t come to this one.
