Amazing 30A location situated between Rosemary and Alys Beach. “Somewhere In The Sun” is a third-floor condo that sleeps 2 and overlooks the sparkling pool and hot tub. It has been fully updated with modern finishes throughout. Take in the Gulf views and spectacular sunsets from the south-facing balcony. It’s a short walk to the deeded private beach access through the Sunset Beach community (directly across the street from the Seacrest Beach Entrance Lifeguard Stand). Walk or bike to all of the boutiques and restaurants throughout Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach.

“Somewhere In The Sun” is a perfect place for couples or a single vacationer. Maximum of 2 guests and absolutely no pets. Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, or e-cigarettes is not allowed and is strictly enforced.

In the event any bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, pack n plays, and baby gear are present at the property, they are complimentary.

LOCATION: Walk a leisurely 3 minutes to Rosemary and Alys Beach, and 8 minutes to the Gulf/Beach. Enjoy scenic strolls and waterside bike rides on the 30A path located just in front of the building. A mile away, 30Avenue is home to a plethora of chic shops. Pier Park is an 11-mile drive for amusement rides and oceanfront restaurants.

Great stay!

This little studio condo was perfect for my husband and I’s stay! It was very clean and cute. Very small, but it is a studio as listed. The pool was very clean and pretty. It’s exactly as pictured. The walk to the beach was a little further than we expected, but definitely still doable! Would definitely recommend.

It would be great if the host explained how to get to the beach better, there was no information on the site or in the rental so we had to ask the host & they just kept saying that "it was right at the inn" soo we just walked and had to ask people. It was super easy once we found it but was kinda bummed cause we wasted alot of time looking for the beach access that was conveniently located down the road. I also was a little disappointed that we couldn't use any towels of theirs at the beach so we had to lug wet towels of our own back home which was inconvenient. It rained all day the last day we were there and we were looking for an umbrella to borrow and there was nothing, would have been a nice accommodation. The rental is in the middle of Rosemary & Alys which is great because it is easily walkable. The rental is very small which was fine for my husband & I. I would also be aware that the office is about 30 minutes aways from the rental so if you are there early & need a place to put your bags while you wait for 4:00 check-in, that is very inconvenient because we were not renting a car. We didn't want to Uber back again so we asked if we could leave our bags at The Pearl which we did for a fee. Affordable property compared to some in the area & is good for 2 people.

Truly a disastrous experience. Absolutely unacceptable.

This has been a total disappointment.My wife didn’t even want to sleep there anymore because we saw two cockroaches — and not just any cockroaches, but two huge ones.This is absolutely unacceptable and should never happen.How can it be that a place you are renting for people to enjoy their vacations ends up making them afraid to even sleep there because of cockroaches?You need to be much more thorough with your cleaning standards.This is something that simply cannot be overlooked.We had a terrible experience. We barely slept at all.Who knows if those cockroaches could have crawled over us while we were sleeping?Honestly, this was just awful.I truly hope you seriously reconsider and upgrade your cleaning services and your entire maintenance team.I would never use this company or stay in that unit again.And from now on, I will be giving you very poor recommendations to everyone I know.Truly a disastrous experience. Absolutely unacceptable.
