Great location

We really enjoyed our day although it was short. We definitely plan on coming back and would absolutely stay here again. Communication was great, check-in was easy, loved the place in the amenities. It’s a great location with a lot of development happening.

Great place to stay.

Great condo. Might be worth mentioning that the assigned parking space is pretty small. We chose to come in our car so not an issue but if we had taken my truck it would have been considerably more difficult.

Great location. However, the property did not match the listing description. It is listed as a two bedroom with each bedroom having an en suite bathroom, but one bedroom has no exterior window and is not directly connected to a bathroom. Several other advertised features such as walk-in closets in both bedrooms, sound machines, and blackout curtains were not present. The unit also did not meet a luxury standard for cleanliness-hair in the bathroom, dusty fans, and trim. There is evidence of delayed maintenance. Maintenance entered during our stay without advance notice and the electronic lock did not function reliably. The overall experience did not reflect how the property is marketed and we chose to check out early.

Great location - Plenty of Space

We were on family girl's trip. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were a life saver for us. King beds, spacious bathrooms, walk in closets to keep luggage in soour soace was clutter free.Owner was super responsive when I had trouble with building app. We were able to acquire fob from lockbox and didnt lose any time having to wait for someone to let us in.Would definitely stay here again!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with VRBO. From the beginning, the host showed a complete lack of professionalism. Communication was extremely slow, and when responses were received, they were rude and unprofessional.We dropped our belongings off at the property and returned around midnight, only to find that we could not access the room using the code provided by the host. We attempted to contact everyone possible for help, but received no resolution. As a result, we were forced to sleep in our car.Instead of showing any understanding, the host stated they would issue a refund and then questioned why we didn’t get another hotel. At that point, it was between 1–2 a.m., and all of our belongings were locked inside the rental, making that suggestion completely unreasonable.This situation was unacceptable and extremely stressful. To make matters worse, I still have not received any follow-up or confirmation regarding the promised refund. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Very nice place. Neighborhood a little sketchy but felt safe in spite of that. Very secure building. Need better description of where to find the lockbox in my opinion. Parking space is between two cement pillars and very narrow. Should make this known for bigger cars. We had a van and had to get a different spot. Make sure to take ear plugs! Even with a noise machine, you hear people stomping at night and moving things. Walking to places is a bit of a trek. Using an uber is better than having to park anywhere and paying 20 an hour. Property owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would use them again just hopefully a different unit with less noise.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is excellent—close to everything and in a very secure building with a parking garage, which made things super convenient. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and clearly well taken care of. You can tell the host takes pride in keeping it nice.There were four of us, and the space was perfect—never felt cramped. Both bedrooms had comfortable king-size beds, and the bathrooms were large, clean, and well stocked. The living room and kitchen were a great size with plenty of seating and a comfy couch for relaxing.A really nice touch was the record player and the host’s record collection—it fit perfectly with the apartment’s decor and the overall vibe of Music City. The city views from different angles were awesome both day and night.The host was incredibly responsive, usually replying within minutes and addressing any questions or concerns right away, which made the stay even better. Accessing the property was simple thanks to his detailed directions.The only minor downside is that the apartment faces train tracks, so you’ll hear trains at all hours, and there’s some noise from the unit above. I’d recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.Still, these small issues didn’t affect our overall experience. The location, cleanliness, comfort, and excellent communication from the host make this a solid five-star stay. We’d absolutely stay here again!
