Escape to Bocaraca Condominio #3, a luxury 2-bedroom condominium in the heart of Tamarindo, steps away from the beach.
Ground floor convenience with shared pool, 2.5 baths and two stunning bedrooms.
You will find a supermarket right around the corner, as well as plenty of cool restaurants and beach bars.
This is a high-end apartment steps away from Playa Tamarindo. You have a fully equipped kitchen, a private terrace and a shared pool for the guests of the building.
The rooms:
One bedroom has a view of the pool in front and a queen sized bed.
The other room has 2 single beds that can turn into 1 king sized bed (please let me know your bed preference before arrival) and a little garden area in the back. This bedroom also has a smart TV in the room.
The living room is spacious and inviting. A small couch and two sofa chairs provide comfortable seating, with a Smart TV sitting on a sleek desk. Cozy lights create a warm atmosphere, and tasteful decor adds character to the space. It's an ideal spot for relaxation and gathering.
Even though you are located in the heart of town it's a quiet and calm oasis. Perfect for a long vacation!
If needed you have a parking space in the garage available.

I chose this neighbourhood in Tamarindo for its vibrant atmosphere and amazing location. It's just a short walk to the beach, where I love to go for walks in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. And it’s right by everything in town (supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars etc.) and still serene enough for relaxation and tranquility.
One of my favourite spots is the Mercadito food court next door, which offers a fantastic variety of dining, such as local foods, sushi, pizza, tacos, sea food and more. It’s a great place to hang out with friends or family, where everyone can order what they would like to eat.
