Dette er en anden historie lejlighed, høj vinklet loft, 1/2 blok gåtur fra Ocean Park strand på Park Boulevard område i San Juan, Puerto Rico. Tower Have lige har tilføjet til din nydelse af Økologisk spise. Stranden er lige bag huset, er en af de mest kendte strande til vind eller padle surfere, snorkel, kitesurfere, surfere, og alle former for vandsport. Det har to soveværelser, hver med et skab, to badeværelser og gratis WIFI. Et tog bordet er der for de unge. Et studie er også tilgængelig på samme ejendom. Notering 490.333 to i denne Honeymoon suite VRBO-sover !.Vi har alle de bekvemmeligheder og det andet soveværelse har også en queen size seng og et pengeskab til dine værdigenstande sikkerhed og fred i sindet. To Baby vugger, tog bord, badedyr og et par af luftmadras m / power pumpe er tilgængelige. Området er et gammelt kvarter i et af de mest populære strande i San Juan, tæt på restauranter, busstoppested & hotel område, Great stranden for padle boarding og vandsport, og det har også en park med en legeplads og for at udøve. Køkkenet har komfur med ovn, mikroovn, fuld køleskab. Vaskemaskinen og tørretumbler er nedenunder. Begge soveværelser har aircondition, loftsventilator og separat bade. 40kW generator og cisterne så godt! Et par cykler, hvis du gerne vil udforske den gamle by! Very nice place - lovely terrace for the morning coffee!

Residential location but walkable to the beach and restaurants. Very personable and accommodating onsite manager and owner. Facilities were nice, clean and spacious.

Wonderful getaway location!

My husband and I loved our time here. Kiki was a fantastic host and incredibly helpful and thoughtful during our time there. Their home is in a perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved the patio and beautiful artwork all around the house. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here, and hope to come back again.

Fabulous Location but Possible Mold Problem

The apartment (2nd floor in an older home) was quirky with a lovely terrace to sit and sip some wine while listening to the little frogs chirping away. There is a wonderful container garden on the terrace as well whose bounty you can use.The location so also great- half a block to a small beach and walking distance to restaurants. Now the downside, I have asthma and got sick with a mold reaction during our stay. The house next door is boarded up so that could have been the cause. There are also personal effects in the apartment: clothes and even a used razor! All in all, a mixed experience!

fantastic Ocean Park apartment

I attended a wedding with four other friends (2 couples and a single guy), and we had a blast. Having two bedrooms and a futon served our needs perfectly, as did the 2 bathrooms - which was helpful with getting ready for the wedding. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio, which is an ideal spot to begin the day reading books in the sunshine and to end it with a few drinks, and the proximity to the beach (roughly a 3-minute walk). The owner was regularly in touch with me to answer questions and willing to accommodate our needs as necessary. Even though there are two other apartments on the property which he rents to residents, we never saw them and felt like we had the place to ourselves. If you're looking to spend most of your time in Old San Juan, there's more convenient locations, but you'll likely end up paying more than these reasonable rates. Taxis are typically $20-25 to get wherever you want to go, but my group found occasional difficulties trying to get a cab to pick us up. From what we could tell it wasn't that it was especially far as much as many of the taxi drivers on the island seemed lazy. But once we found a reliable company that we liked (the name of which I promptly forgot), we continued to use them for the remainder of the trip. Overall, we loved our vacation and would definitely return should we find ourselves back in Puerto Rico.

Wonderful weekend getaway

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend in San Juan staying at Kike's place. We rented a car and stopped for lunch right after getting off the airplane and Kike was very flexible about meeting us afterward. There is ample parking if you rent a car. Many vacations you get back and need another vacation. Not at Kike's place. We felt so rested afterwards. He showed us around the unit and pointed out all the important features, like the espresso machine!!! Having a latte on the patio in the morning was how we spent our mornings. The condo is very well appointed with artwork and personal touches that make you feel like you are staying at a friend's house. The beach is a stone's throw from the beach. It is like a block and a half away because you have to walk laterally. It rained once a day while we were there, but that only lasts for a short while and then clears up. The beach is modestly sized and the best entry points into the [warm] water are in front of the high-rise income that is off to the right (while facing the ocean). We stumbled upon a local dive BBQ chicken place five or six blocks away that is frequented by the local constabulary. Very inexpensive and awesome food. Hang a right coming out of the condo and then left on Avenida las Americas and continue until just before Highway 26. We are definitely going back there with or without our kids or other relatives and I will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to the beach. Kiko is great to work with. Makes everything convenient. Close to some excellent little restaurants. Easy access to a lot of sites.

Family vacation near the ocean

Kiko's property is very tastefully decorated and the location is perfect if you'd like to be near the ocean. Kiko was extremely friendly and I think he's the kind of person who will try and go out of the way for his customers. Our only caveat is that the property is only two bedrooms (with air conditioning only in the bedrooms) so it was perhaps a bit too small for our family of six (and with only a small water heater in one of the bathrooms, we probably could have used a bigger place.)

Authentic Puerto Rican stay - good location

Our family of 5 stayed at Kike's property. We have 3 kids ages 12, 9 and 6 and it was perfect for all of us. The 2 boys slept in one room and our little one on the air mattress with us in the other room. Kiki was a very helpful, friendly and a reliable host, keeping in touch with us our entire stay. He had some goodies for the kids and a bottle of wine, eggs and milk ready for us upon our arrival. The home is in a safe location and also in a good area to get to many places easily. (Short Uber ride to Condado strip and not too much further to Old San Juan). The beach is a very short walk from the house. We could have stayed in a hotel but staying at this home really had an authentic PR feel to it. There are AC units in the 2 bedrooms and they worked great. We just used them at night when sleeping and had all the windows and door to balcony open during day to let in the breeze. Of course there are mosquitos in PR so just bring some good bug spray if they bother you. I loved the fresh veggies on the balcony!

Great place and friendly owner

We enjoyed the house a lot. Good, quiet location. The owner was very nice and provided a lot of extras for free: milk, cereal, wine, a round of welcome drinks, etc. Was a good experience.

Repeat Visitor

Our first stay at the Toro's place was just my wife and I and it was lovely. This time we took our daughter and my mother-in-law. It was a wonderful trip. My mother-in-law took one bedroom, my wife and I took another bedroom, and our daughter slept on the pull out futon. There was more than enough room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and we only had to go shopping for our own particular comfort foods. There is also a great hole in the wall dive chicken shack named Randy's not too far away that does take out. That time of year it rains a lot in the afternoon (still 80 deg), so if you want to hit the beach, do it in the morning. We love the Toro place and will continue to go back there when we are in Puerto Rico.

Beautiful location and wonderful host!

My prior accommodations fell through last minute and the host was able to put us up on very last minute notice! The house had everything we needed, plenty of space, wonderful bedrooms, and our favorite spot was the outdoor patio where you could see the ocean from. The host was very responsive and helpful, would definitely stay there again!

Two bedroom apartment on second floor.

Home is conveniently located in Ocean Park near San Juan, PR and near a bus line. Owner is gregarious individual who offered his our room with several items of liquor and food for our consumption. The home was nicely furnished, especially for families with young children. Problems with had with the unit was: located two blocks from projects, beach area was not very pleasing to swim, and the air conditioner unit in the back room was very noisy. Although we did not have any criminal experience, the house appeared to be the only one in the neighborhood without a security fence. The price of the room was very reasonable. And the room had a nice balcony to lounge.

Fun Spring Break

The condo is beautiful and very nicely decorated. Exactly as described. We loved the balcony. The house is furnished with everything needed for a very comforatble vacation. Kiki was wonderful to work with and made everything very easy for us. Recommend renting a car and visiting all of the surrounding beaches and sights.

Great Stay for a Great Price!

Kiki overall was very prompt in responses, but we had to wait over a week to receive the refundable deposit check. We have rented many properities over the years, and this was the first rental that the owner cashed the refundable deposit check versus giving the check back at the end of the trip. Either way,all payments were satisfied and there are no big complaints on the financial side. The apartment was a great location for our stay in PR. The layout of the apartment is much larger than it appears online. We were very impressed with the amount of room and amenties. It was a great price for our stay. This place is great for a family and is very close to the beach and restaurants. However, I would not recommend this place to those that like to stay up and hang out after 10pm. To make sure we didn't disturb anyone downstairs, we returned to the apartment only when we were ready to go to bed. Luckily, we had another friend's house that could accommodate the late night gatherings. My only recommdendations to the owner is to have a second set of keys and be available to do a walk-thru during check-out. Other than that, thank you again for the lovely (& safe) accommodations and hope to return to PR in the near future.

Beautiful apartment- great stay!

We were a group of 6 friends coming to vacation in San Juan and we enjoyed this accommodation immensely! The apartment is the top storey of a cute house just a short walk away from the beach. The whole place is furnished and decorated with great paintings and there are books and magazines on the tables and shelves. There are two bedrooms (one with an attached bathroom)- with queen sized beds, and a large lounge with a futon that can be used as a bed. There are also air mattresses if you need more sleeping space. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio/balcony area which had a few lounge chairs and some space for hanging out. There is a grill as well so when we didn't feel like going out we could barbecue at our own place! The owner was especially nice and hospitable. The place is stocked with some foods/ juices and many seasonings and spices- akin to what you would have in your own kitchen! He told us to feel free to use whatever was in the kitchen. There were also beach towels hanging in the closet for our use, and house towels in the bathroom. There was also space for our car within our driveway. So to summarise- it's a beautiful place- GREAT location right next to ocean park beach. We travelled and drove around a lot but found this to be extremely comfortable and a great home base for us.
