Denne villa med 1 soveværelse har et komplet køkken, kombineret opholdsstue med spisestue og separat soveværelse med en queensize seng og et badeværelse. Denne enhed har også en futon sovesofa i stuen og har en køjeseng, der kun er ideel til mindre børn. Balkonen ud for stuen giver direkte udsigt over havet.

Hver enhed i Ocean Dunes har trådløs internet service.

Ocean Dunes, poolen ved havet er nu en opvarmet pool, der vil være åben syv dage om ugen hele året rundt. Temperaturen indstilles til 82 grader, det vil sige industristandarden. Pooltimerne er fra 09:00 til solnedgang.

Great view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy to find, check in was great, property is older and showing its age. Unit is very convenient to stairs, overall the condo is small. Bedroom was bare, no nightstands. The hall bunks are narrow. The sofa was stained... hard to want to sit on it. Everything else was uncomfortable for sitting. Fridge worked! Balcony view spectacular & location to the beach fabulous. We listened to the kids upstairs (I think they were kids... they might have been elephants) run back and forth all day long. Bath is tiny. Shower floor sags when you step in. Overall, the entire place needs a GOOD SCRUB.

Celebrating my 1year grand daughter’s birthday at Hilton Head

The pictures are true to the unit . Unit very nice great place for family with kids. The furniture sits too low for older adults including the queen bed. I was fascinated with seeing a deer in the wooded area near the pool on the property. I have only one complaint. The pool area needs attention to the millions of irritating gnats.

Relaxing Fun Vacation

The good; Bright design, wonderful art work. flooring great and the big sink was a plus.The unpleasant; bed too low and not comfortable, couch/sleeper well past its time very hard both need a update. Sliding door very hard to move needs work. Surprised no ice maker.Overall manageable with a few changes as mentioned this unit would get four to fived star rating.

Great Location

The area was in a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was rather small and my husband and I got dressed in the living room due to the lack of space in the master. There was a smell of urine around the bunk beds in the hallway, but the rest of the condo was very clean.

Great location

Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location because it is close enough to Coligny park to bike or walk but it is far enough away where the beach is less crowded! We enjoyed our view as this property is right in front of pool with the ocean in front of us...the condo itself was definitely not luxury but it fit our needs and we managed. The beds are all very uncomfortable and the couch is a futon with no sheets just had a mattress pad topper to put over couch and a blanket. This condo is good for families with small children or couples only.

Not great, not the worst

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are a smoker it’s paradise...I’m not so it wasn’t that great. I was there for a week and had one next to me and above me chain smoking. Called vacation time multiple times and they said ‘we can ask them to not smoke as much’. I the building are mostly deeded timeshares so there is NO owner to call even though there are no smoking plaques on the doors. I couldn’t use my balcony to enjoy the view or even have the door open to hear the ocean. The condo itself wasn’t bad. The view is nice. Kitchen and bathroom are really old. The bathroom REALLY needs an update. The shower is an old plastic inset and the floor is close to black from use. The bed was a box spring and mattress on the floor. It was comfortable for the most part.

Location perfect, but not so clean.

The location of the apartment is great! Beautiful view of the ocean with steps away from really nice beach. But the apartment itself needs a deep clean… the floors were filthy, had to buy swiffer the day we arrived so we didn’t get stuck to the floor… main bed duvet wasn’t washed in a while and neither were the blankets… the smell in the apartment wasn’t pleasant… Will definitely come back to Hilton Head but not this apartment… ☹️

Pool needs cleaned around the inside ring of the pool. Pool by Chairs need cleaned to get rid of the yellow . Prices increased 30 percent from last year , with no improvements to justify it. May look elsewhere for next year.

Spring break

A perfect little get away spot for my family of 4. I have two kids ages 3 and 5 and they enjoyed the heated pool! Bunk beds were a hit for them. We rented bikes across the street and really enjoyed that as well. We plan to return every year!

Beautiful view

Fantastic view but the furniture is not comfortable. No box spring for the bed which is about 18 inches off the floor. Bench seating at the table and other chairs are not practical for the space. Cannot complain at all about the location to the pool and beach.

Beach Getaway

Clean and quiet. Older but well cared for. Our unit was recently updated and it was perfect for just the two of us. Great location. We enjoyed our time there. Great path to the beach from the parking area and nice to have beach bathrooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time, will come back, but would like a different condo. It was beautiful but not practical for us. We have grand kids over every morning for breakfast, and didn't like the table set up or coffee table. Not great for that, or for playing games. Also the extra chairs were too big with having them all over.

Excellent location, great place

Vacation time was easy to work with and we had no issues with our check in or stay. My only complaint with ocean dune would be that management came out at 3:00 pm to the pool and asked vacationers to turn their music down because of complaints from residents. The music was not even that loud and this is a vacation spot for people to enjoy. Please allow others to do so.
