For the safety and security of our guests and the property, three motion-activated outdoor security cameras are installed:
• One in the pool area
• One overlooking the driveway
• One at the front entrance
All cameras are exterior only and do not record any indoor or private areas. They are activated by motion and are in place to monitor the property for safety, guest compliance with house rules, and general security. Enjoy year-round relaxation! Our pool can be heated for $20 per day, giving you the perfect temperature for swimming in any season. To ensure it’s ready when you arrive, please request heating at least one week before check-in, as it may take 24–48 hours to fully warm up if requested last-minute.
The pool typically warms to 83–85°F (or up to 15° above outdoor temperatures when it’s under 50°F outside). Infant & Child Equipment Policy
For safety, sanitation, and liability reasons, the home does not provide cribs, pack-n-plays, high chairs, booster seats, baby gates, or any other infant or child-specific equipment. Guests traveling with infants or young children are welcome to bring their own items that meet their personal safety and comfort standards.
