Suite142 2F er en charmerende 2BR-lejlighed beliggende i det sikre træforede kvarter i East Flatbush. Denne deluxe-leje har to soveværelser, hver med en queensize-seng, rigelig skabsplads (til to sæsoners værdi af tøj pr. Person), et fladskærms-tv og kabel og en loftventilator. Opholdsområdet har en computer, en dvd-afspiller, trådløst internet, central aircondition og en loftsventilator, det sover også to med enten en udtrækssofa eller futon. Badeværelset er fuldt udstyret (medbring bare tandpasta og dine foretrukne toiletartikler) med en kombineret brusebad / badekar med luksuriøst glas. Vores køkken er udstyret med en fuld størrelse køkken række m / ovn, køleskab og en separat mikrobølgeovn / mini-konvektionsovn sammen med alt det køkkengrej, redskaber og service, du har brug for. Vi er en privat flugt, der ligger tæt på destinationerne i Brooklyn og Manhattan. Vi kræver en kopi af lejeregeringens foto-ID. Vi er i gåafstand til SUNY Downstate Medical School, Kings County Hospital og Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center.

The apt was large and clean. Nice that it had kitchen with all ammunition to cook. Dispute arranging a time to get in, we had to wait 30min to get keys. Suggest key for room left in lockbox. Also shower door sticks and should be fixed

Je n’ai malheureusement pas pu aller séjourner dans cet appartement dû à la Covid-19, par contre j’ai eu plusieurs échanges avec l’hôte de cette location et honnêtement je n’ai pas été déçue, j’ai eu des réponses rapides et claires, j’avais eu quelques inquiétudes et l’hôte a pris le temps de me rassurer pour le séjour, j’aurais adoré pouvoir y aller, car je suis certaine que je n’aurais pas été déçue, il m’a accommodé et m’a même proposé de faire quelques emplettes pour moi avant mon arrivée comme nous venons du Canada / Québec. Bref, je recommande sans aucun doute cette location !!! Merci encore pour vos attentions ainsi qu’à votre service incroyable !

Très bon séjour aux états unis. Location bien placée et plutôt bien équipée avec les transports à moins de 10 mn à pied. Nous étions 2 parents et 2 enfants adultes. nous recommendons le bien.

Great stay in Brooklyn

My guests and I had a great time at this rental. The apartment was as advertised, and we had no issues what so ever. We arrived late to our reservation, but our host was understanding and made sure we had everything we needed. Street parking was always available, which made easy to leave the car and take public transit. Overall, it was a good experience.

tried to set up stay, looked at room on line and made a non-binding reservation. when my plans changed last minute , and I needed to push it back a day, it cancelled before i could contact Vaughn. Since VRBO does not permit same-day reservations (?) I asked to have Vaughn contact me direct, but that turned out to be impossible before my trip ended. Vaughn did finally email but it was by then too late. He seemed pretty responsive otherwise

Nice place if ....

Nice place if you need to be in this part of Brooklyn. Clean and lovely inside. Recommend that you arrive in the afternoon so that you do not need to find parking at night and so that you can touch base with Vaughn to get set up in unit. Lots of interesting food nearby -- cuisine leans toward Caribbean (e.g., Jamaican and West Indies) -- this is also evident in the local grocery store and green grocers... Overall - Good.

The apartment was super clean and nice and Vaughn was very accommodating with our check in time. Our flight was late, and we had Uber issues and Vaughn was very understanding and made sure we could get into the apartment with no issues. Thanks Vaughn!

Mixed feelings....but mostly disappointed renting this property!!!

My family and I spent 1 month holidaying in the United States. In that time, we spent the first 10 days in a Vrbo facilitated property in Queens before going on to do 5 days in another Vrbo inspired rental in DC. We then spent 3 days in Baltimore at another rental, before spending the last 12 days of our holiday in Brooklyn. I'm indicating all this detail because I want to communicate my lack of bias. My 3 children (ages 8,13,16) and wife and myself, were unanimous in our assessment that our stay in Brooklyn was the least enjoyable. Several factors accounted for this assessment. But I cannot blame the property managers for issues beyond their control. Such as, the nearest subway being a 25 min walk away and a rowdy neigbourhood. However, the neigbourhood rowdy as it was, was a beehive of social activities and had everything you could ever want, from grocery and flea market shopping to boutiques and malls, all within walking or a bus stop distance. And also, the place was pretty safe. Still the apartment itself could do a lot better if the managers would ensure the following: 1) proper window blinds to shut out unwanted sunlight especially at mornings in the bedrooms and also to guarantee privacy in the living room from adjoining buildings. 2) change the horribly creaking beds in the two rooms 3) provide sufficient towels and trash bags. My wife had to buy trash bags whilst we had barely enough towels for 5 people who were staying for almost 2 weeks 4) provide spare bed sheets / bed covers. We had only one set for the duration of our stay However, by far our biggest problem and disappointment was the absolutely NON-EXISTENT internet service. I know the host and I had a running battle on this issue, with him sending over a couple of people to help out. And they tried their damnedest but bottom line....Zipo! We had NO internet for almost 2 weeks!!!! It was just crazy. That stuff never worked. Please do get a better and more efficient router so your guests can have a fine time. All said, i give the host great credit for his magnanimity in allowing us an extended checkout from 11am to 6pm since our flight was a midnight one - kudos! Kind regards, George

Clean unit

Pros Unit was clean and the space was nice. Cons Check the crime rate of the area you plan to book in. Not close to subway at all. People told us we were in the wrong Nieghbor hood and we should not be in this area on more then one occasion. Over all we had a pleasant experience while inside the unit other than the lock on the door being minimal. Vaughn was nice, the building was quiet . We had to Uber to get to a safe subway stop. We definitely got a different experience then expected but all went smooth

I've never heard that said to me before.... there is an Orthodox Jewish community right down the road and a bus station not two blocks away that will take you to the subway. Model weekend

This property was excellent, the location was good for us. We traveled all over the area. We had a lot of photo equipment so stairs improved our cardio lol 😂 Only complaint was parking, we had to park where we could and at night it wasn’t a easy task, but still felt the vehicle was safe. Definitely would recommend.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay at East Flatbush. The spot was clean. The location was perfect. Finding parking was difficult but expected considering where we were. Recommendation - please request neighbor to be available/awake when tenants arrive. We waited close to 15 mins with children, ringing the door bell, before we gained access.

Great Stay

Booked with Vaughn and noticed there were some questionable reviews. Since this location was right where we needed it to be (since I was visiting a friend) I messaged him to ask and he addressed any concerns I had. Confortable flat

our stay in that flat was Ok, very confortable and the owner was very flexible and adaptable to our requests. Just one drawback when you have kids it is the the time needed to go to Central Manhattan ( walk + bus + Metro).

Comfortable stay at an affordable price

Everything was great! Except the fact that we got our keys late after waiting for half an hour and contacting so many people. Another issue I faced was with the Wi-Fi, it was really slow. Apart from these issues, we had a lovely time and the place was equipped with everything a person may need.

Inconvenient

Apartment itself was comfortable. it was a lot of call Peter to get to Paul so Paul can have Tim open the door type of issues. There were a lot of inconveniences while I was there, which I'm hoping aren't normal, none the less happened during my stay. I arrived late in the evening about 10pm to find out there are no keys in the lock box. After making a few calls and 20 minutes, someone came to open the door. They switch the apartment I was in to accommodate other guest which was fine because it was just on another floor and the apartments were similar. However, once inside I did my usual inspection of cleanliness and realized the sheets on the bed had been made but not cleaned, as I could see skin particles and hair once i pulled the blanket back.I made another call and the owner had the cleaning crew come out right away and clean the entire apartment. Owner explained it was due to the switching of apartment and the crew was supposed to clean. Finally after about an hour or so I was able to relax. We went out for cocktails the same night and upon returning, our keys did not work to get into the building, the locks had broken and we were locked out from about 3am til about 5:30am when one of the reps finally woke up and answered the phone and let us in. The following day the apartment upstairs began to flood and water started coming through the ceiling of my unit.do to a valve breaking in the shower. With no owner, rep or maintenance available I rushed upstairs and started knocking. The occupants opened the door and was happy to receive any help they could get because they couldn't get a hold of anyone either. I was able to get the valve back in and temporarily stop the water.and save my unit and their unit from more water damage. The owner came the following morning unannounced and began ringing the doorbell. I explained to him what happened and he thank me for my effort in saving the unit. I explained to him that I did not plan to spend my weekend like this and I would like a refund for at least one day especially with me saving his unit from thousand of dollars of water damage. He only agreed to refund me $100. If these issues did not happen I would've stayed there again

Schloss an Haustür funktionierte nicht. Kühlschrank war dreckig. 5. Bettwäsche war nicht vollständig. Wohnung ist hübsch und gemütlich.

You get what you pay for

Location not great for tourists- takes over an hour to get into Manhatten on the subway and 20 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station. Waited almost an hour in the freezing cold for the host to arrive as wrong keys were provided to get into the building. But clean enough and very reasonable price.
