Our family of five enjoyed a wonderful fall vacation in this well-stocked, very clean, and comfortable townhouse. Kris kept us updated on the weather and worked with us to make sure we felt safe for our arrival. Views and location are great. We would not hesitate to rent again.

The host was very responsive when I had questions. The condo was great and the location was great. Our family had a very relaxing time. The condo was clean and neatly organized.

We especially enjoyed having a very short walk out onto the (very uncrowded) beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and very well provisioned. We like a traditional beach setup with wooden chairs, so we rented from Forgotten Coast Beach Company. I also rented a bike (single gear) from them so I could ride about 10 miles a day on the bike path, permitting me to eat massive meals in the evening (Hunt’s, Shipwreck, Flying Harpoon, and White Marlin). For groceries, the Piggly Wiggly in Port St. Joe is a large and well-stocked grocery store. Had a great relaxing and rejuvenating week!

Our family vacation was just perfect! It was so easy to walk to the beach and back every day with little children. They loved the beach so much. Recommend this condo to all families as you have easy access to the beach, Panama City is an hour away and Port St Joe is 15 minutes away!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Sonata. The unit was very clean, well maintained and stocked with everything that we needed. The pictures and description of the unit are accurate. The furnishings were comfortable and in excellent condition. We especially loved the ocean view and the very short walk to the beach. The host, Kris, was very responsive throughout the rental process and during our stay. She was very thoughtful of the items that she had available for use during the stay that made the stay even more comfortable. We have stayed in many rentals near the area over the years, and this was definitely one of our favorites. We will be happy to rent this unit again in the future.

Loved the location. We overpacked as so many things were at the house for our use! Easy beach access and easy ck out instructions. Very clean and loved the decor. Everything we were looking for to decompress. Great host and communication was effortless.

What a Great Trip

This place was absolutely fantastic. Everything we needed was right there. The house was spotless and exactly like the listing said (or better). The location is perfect -- right on the beach. If you love the gulf but hate the crowds, this is the place you want.

Best beach vacation yet! We absolutely LOVED this rental!! Kristina was the best host! We could have just showed up with our luggage and been set. She provided everything our family needed to create lifelong memories. We will definitely be returning!

Great stay & location

Great vacation full of relaxation! We enjoyed the direct access to the beach and that the beach was not overcrowded. It was a luxury that the townhouse had all the beach supplies needed and we did not have to bring anything. If not on the beach, we spent our time on the lower patio or one of the 2 balconies enjoying the sound and views of the beach. Definitely recommend staying here. The neighborhood was good and felt safe at all times.

Amazing rental! Such a quiet spot and a great view of the beach! It was so nice to have all the beach amenities there at the townhouse. We didn’t have to bring anything from home to have a great experience on the beach. Kris was amazing and so responsive for communication. The beds were so comfy and the shower had great water pressure after a long day on the beach. We will 100% be back for our next vacation!

Our stay at Sunset Sonata was absolutely perfect! Check-in was smooth, and Kristina was responsive and welcoming. This house was probably the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. Kudos to the cleaning staff!! It was beautifully decorated and well beyond stocked. Literally anything we needed was there. Whether it was beach supplies such as a cabana (a Cool Cabana at that!), beach chairs, Bogg bag, sunscreen, to toiletries like toothpaste, shampoo, Q-tips, etc. The outdoor shower was a major plus and the proximity to the beach was what sold us on the location. We definitely will be staying here for our next beach vacation!!
