This was by far the best vacation rental we have ever had. We believe this place had everything you needed for a vacation rental. It was close to everything. It had all of the conveniences you could want. The place was immaculate and comfortable both upstairs and down stairs. Now, we left a day early because of the possible Nor'easter, but we had a great time. We would recommend this place to everyone. You won't be disappointed, but you would be extremely happy you selected this place for your vacation getaway.

Everything was spacious, comfortable, organized, spotless. It was kitted out thoughtfully down to the smallest detail like spices in the cabinet, flashlights in the drawers, everything we could want for the beach. Easy parking on site. Great floor plan, really perfect for two couples with both suites being fabulous instead of feeling like we needed to draw straws. This was incredibly easy from arrival to departure, no complicated instructions, didn't need to manage anything but cleaning up after ourselves, taking out the trash and starting the dishwasher. We had such a relaxing stay! The location was great-very short walk to town and beach, wonderful Greek restaurant across the street. We didn't need to get in the car unless we wanted to. We couldn't think of a way to make it better.

Excellent hosts! The property location and amenities can't be beat! Fully equipped with everything you can need during your stay. Have stayed elsewhere in OGT, this is the best by far!

This place was great! We have stayed at several different properties in Ogunquit and this was the best so far! The place was clean, organized, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend.It's a really short walk to downtown which was great. The hosts were fantastic! They were around and available to provide local recommendations and to answer any questions we had.Will definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at Coastal Calm! The condo was exceptionally clean and had absolutely everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and all of the extra amenities made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.We also had the pleasure of meeting Tom, the host, who couldn’t have been more pleasant. He immediately asked if we had any concerns and encouraged us to share our feedback. It was clear that he really cares about his guests and wants them to have a great experience.We spent three nights here and couldn’t have asked for a better situation. One of the nicest touches was finding a handwritten postcard on our first day welcoming us and thanking us for choosing to stay at Coastal Calm. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really set the tone for our stay.We’ve been coming to Ogunquit for over 20 years and always enjoy discovering new places to stay. Coastal Calm has definitely made its way to the top of our list!We highly recommend Coastal Calm to anyone visiting Ogunquit. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, welcoming place to stay with a wonderful host, you really can’t go wrong here. We would absolutely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.Thanks again, Tom and Joan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!Mary & Sean

This property is fantastic. Plenty of space for two couples with 2 en-suite bedrooms. Lots of attention to detail with all the amenities we could want. The location is ideal as far as proximity to beach, shops, restaurants and attractions such as Marginal Way. The condo isspotless and well appointed. We are hoping to return next year.

We had a wonderful stay here. The newness, layout, and upscale design choices drew “oooh’s” and “aaah’s” from our group. All amenities are provided and the location is perfect - in town a block from the restaurants, nightspots, and shopping. Joan and Tom were very accommodating and friendly. Ogunquit’s Main Beach - our favorite - and Marginal Way is just an 8-10 minute walk.We will most certainly be back to this property.

This property was, by far, the best property I have ever rented in every possible aspect. The hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had. The property was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, and unbelievably attentive to even the smallest detail. The location was ideal, allowing for close walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and other activities. The apartment itself was comfortable, spacious, and filled with natural light. We look forward to returning in the future for another wonderful experience.

Joan and Tom were incredibly welcoming -responsive, friendly, and thoughtful from the moment we booked. They provided clear instructions, checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, and even kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. It was in a convenient location, close to attractions, restaurants, stores, and the beach. We also appreciated the designated parking and thoughtful amenities, including a house binder filled with local restaurant recommendations, activity ideas, and even some fascinating local and family history. The house was well-equipped for beach days too, providing beach towels, chairs, and a wagon, which made our trips to the shore so much easier. It was clear Joan and Tom put a lot of care and effort into making our stay feel special, comfortable, and well-prepared.
