We are walking distance to Piedmont Ave which has a grocery store, several coffee shops, yoga studio, wine bars, Fenton Creamery and The Piedmont Theatre.

Charming and unique studio apartment located near Piedmont Ave in Oakland. This quirky space features a distinctive claw-footed tub, adding a touch of vintage charm. Please note, this studio has a single sink located in the full kitchen, which comes complete with all essential appliances. Perfect for those who appreciate eccentric living spaces.

This cute studio that has a queen size bed, a dining table that can also be used as a work space.

The only sink in the studio is the sink in the kitchen, just so you`re aware. We do have an over the toilet European sink so if you want to wash your hands in the bathroom that is available. We also added a TV with Network Apps that you can log in with your own account (no cable).

The studio is within walking distance of Piedmont Ave that has a grocery store, coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants.

Please note the bathtub is a deep claw footed tub, if you have mobility issues, please note this can be difficult for folks with mobility issues to get in and out of the bathtub/shower.

- Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 8am
- No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
- Turn off lights, TV, heater & stove when not in use
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

- Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
- Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
- Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please, (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...)
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
- On check-out, return key to the lockbox. There is a fee for misplaced keys, or for keys left in the unit.
- During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. During the winter, San Franciscans wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills.
- Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy.
