Nestled along the pristine waterfront of St. Pete, this 3-bedroom (2x King, 1xQueen, 2xTwin XL), 2-bath retreat is designed for relaxation and adventure alike. Each bedroom features a TV, and there are 3 additional TVs in the common areas.
Step inside to find spacious, light-filled interiors that blend coastal charm with modern comfort.
The open-concept living area invites you to relax with comfy seating and stunning bay views, while the fully equipped gourmet kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals.
Each bedroom is a sanctuary, replete with crisp linens, cozy bedding and thoughtful touches to ensure restful nights.

Guests may be required to provide documentation to support competence (ex. boater safety certificate, marina operator license, captain's license, etc.), and approval is at the discretion of home owner (no exceptions.)
* Early check in/late check out: the earliest check in we can accommodate is 2:00pm and the latest check out is 11:00 am.
Both will incur an additional fee to be remitted at time of booking, and can only be accommodated if requested at time of booking and not on arrival day, or during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

It's a quiet neighborhood that's close to both the beaches and downtown - what's not to love? :-)

Just a few of the things that make Joyful Vista special: it's waterfront AND it has a pool; it spacious, with plenty of common areas inside and outside for 8 guests to spread out OR come together; ample driveway parking = huge plus; the wifi is fast, we love pets, and most of all, there's just a wonderful serene "vibe" about the neighborhood and house both, which I know a lot of people look for and would enjoy.
