Vores villa er indrettet i et afslappet tema for tropisk ø. Det er ideelt beliggende kun få skridt fra poolen, tennisbanerne og spaen. Vores rækkehus i hawaiisk stil er en endeenhed med vinduer på alle fire sider, 17 ft høje stue lofter og ingen over eller under dig. At have et soveværelse og et bad på hvert niveau giver ekstra privatliv. Vi har gratis højhastigheds-WiFi, 3 fladskærms-tv og en dvd-afspiller. I vores veludstyrede køkken kan du grille frisk fisk fra det lokale marked og endda nyde gården frisk frugt og grøntsager fra det nærliggende Kona Farmers 'Market. Bryg en kop 100% Kona-kaffe og nyd de forskellige restauranter i verdensklasse på Kohala-kysten.

Waikoloa Beach Colony Villas er et privat, indhegnet kompleks i det eksklusive Waikoloa Beach Resort. Det er på Hawaiis Kohala-kyst med den store øs bedste strande og vejr. Waikoloa Beach Colony Villas blev tildelt Certificate of Excellence Award. We loved the location of the house. The gated community and the amenities were very nice and the grounds well-kept. We enjoyed the proximity to the resorts, restaurant and shopping. We also took advantage of the beautiful scenery for long walks at night. Overall a great experience.

Waikoloa Beach Resort

Pleasant stay in the Colony Villas with the golf course right beside you. No one above you, so a nice spot to enjoy the quiet after a busy day of beaches and sight seeing. If you enjoy walking, the shops and AB beach are within walking distance, as is the coastal trail from The Hilton around the bay to the end of AB Beach. Lunch or Happy Hour at Lava Lava is fun and right on that same beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Comfy bed and 2 full bathrooms was really convenient.

Great stay at lovely villa

The location was close everywhere we wanted to be and the villa itself was very inviting. The photos don’t do it justice. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, the beds were very comfortable, the a/c was super-efficient, and the decor/art added a lovely touch. Beach chairs and umbrellas were also available - a real plus. Highly recommend.

Relax time

When we all walked in we were all very happy with how clean and beautiful this condo is. It is very well stocked. It is located in a great place, gated, and only 20 min drive to Kona airport and Costco. You can see the pool and it is just a short walk to get there. Quite nice. I would definitely rent here again.

A Pleasant Experience In Waikoloa Beach

From start to end this Villas provide a level of comfort that makes a visit or long stay on Big Island pleasant. Its location is convenient for dining out, beach access and located in a community where a morning or evening walk is enjoyable. Accurate description of this VRBO made it easy to engage with our host and quick responses should we had any questions. Given the opportunity, my wife and i would rent again. Great property. Mahalo.

Lovely Condo in Beautiful Resort

The condo is very attractive and the kitchen, in particular, is complete with what you need. It is situated in a beautiful resort with excellent fitness and pool facilities. The condo itself is very nice, but there are minor repairs required like a drawer in the kitchen that pulls out of the frame, closet doors that don't stay on the rails, etc. - nothing that dramatically impacts a stay.

Fantastic property and great host

I had a flawless experience at Jim's condo. He was prompt and accommodating with regards to emails and questions. Once we arrived, there was every attention to detail with regards to making out stay enjoyable. I will certainly try to stay at Jim's place again if the opportunity arises. Seattle-Fiji Family Vacation

Great property and location even if away from Kailua-Kona. We wanted to be closer to Saddle Road for cross land trips. We liked the 2 floor floorplan and a corner unit. It's obvious the owners care about their Hawaiian vacation home. Neat, clean and fantastic instructions!! The Waikoloa Beach Resort has everything. Only a few trips to town to Costco and Safeway. We highly recommend this vacation rental.

Exceeded Expectations

Our family of 5 (one toddler, 2 parents, 2 grandparents) had a fabulous stay here. The villa is luxuriously provisioned for a vacation: beach chairs, towels, toys, snorkels, boogie boards, books, games. The kitchen is amply stocked with all possible utensils, spices, high chair for a toddler. Waikoloa Colony Villas have beautiful swimming pools. This is a few minutes to A-bay, 20 min drive to Hapuna and Mauna Kea beaches. The owners have thoughtfully provided everything possible for guests and were very responsive to all our questions. Christmas vacation

The property manager is very quick to respond and curtious. It's a roomy two story condo in a nice, quiet area. The property itself could definitely use an update. There were many things that were broken or damaged. I would not stay here again, mainly because the quality wasn't worth the money.

Great location, just as described

We stayed here for 8 days. It was a great home base for exploring the island. The place was clean and perfectly situated near the pool/jacuzzi. Parking was super convenient. The two shopping centers nearby were very handy, especially the markets (although expensive, of course). We went to the free luau at the nearby Mauna Lani and were delighted with the show. The only complaint I had was that the mattress of the pull-out couch was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever experienced. Our kids pulled out the bed to be able to watch TV and mentioned how lumpy/wiry it was. They weren't kidding. It would really be worth getting a better mattress or at least having a foam topper for it. It would have been pretty awful to actually try to sleep on it. The beds in the bedrooms were just great, as was the rest of the place.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This holiday condo is clearly a top class home away from home. Jim have paid attention to all the details of making a comfortable home for the guests. We are three guests and stayed in the condo. The location is convenient for travelling to all areas of tourist interest on the island. As for the unit, it is clean, very functional and extremely cosy. Given that we did not wish to be driving in the evenings, we arranged to cook at home and we found the kitchen very well stocked. We were there in May so swimming everyday the provision of a washing machine plus a separate dryer are definitely a bonus. The free wifi is excellent and reliable, and this is certainly another big plus not to be taken lightly of! Jim is warm and friendly, and are always at hand to offer insider’s advice for touring the island. This is must as the price is very affordable and very cost efficient from the money you save from the cooking done with full kitchen Great games and selection of kids dvds

My family and I, a total of three adults had a fantastic time in this villa. The place is exceptionally well-kept and the experience was above our expectations from the beginning. The owner is very responsive, accommodating and courteous and was very clear on the terms of the rental agreement. The arrangements for the rental were swift and simple. The house is cozy and decorated in very good taste. It has new appliances, and everything in the house works as it should. The villa is located in a quiet, gated community with a pool, gym, grills and tennis courts. The villa has an outside terrace overseeing a garden, which is itself populated with many native flowers and trees. The community is adjacent to an ancient trail, worth exploring for a work out. Everything in the villa was as described or better, and the price is worth every dollar in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again. As a bonus I didn't expect, the owner has made available a number of amenities for guests including, snorkeling gear, tennis racquets and balls, body surfing boards and beach chairs. Also, the owner has put together answers for pretty much every question guests can have in advance. It shows that there was a thoughtful process to make the guests stay truly amenable. I cannot hardly think of anything that would have made it any better.

We like the Waikoloa Colony Villas for its spaciousness, award winning architectural design, and lush tropical landscaping. Waikoloa Beach Resort has a convenient central location for exploring the Island, with one of the best beaches on the Kohala Coast. We love the natural beauty of the island and the consistently warm weather.

With two pools, a tennis court, walking paths, exercise room, and meeting room, this is a wonderful complex for families, couples, singles, young and old. This newer complex is close to the Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace of the Waikoloa Resort. We also enjoy the close proximity to many of the best beaches in Hawaii.
