Fantastic house and pool!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second or third time to rent this house. The pool and outdoor shower are great. Well stocked kitchen. Location is across the street from a public beach access and just down the road from Schooners annd the marina and a Publix is about a mile down the road. Traffic isn’t horrible on this end of PCB. We will stay again.

Fast but worth it for this place!

We wanted to go to the beach last minute and found this for only two nights! It was expensive but worth every dime!!!! Had to get use to the new devices on the doors for safety at pool but other than that it was a 10 out of 10!

I was happy with the location and the pool. The management company was excellent, helpful and attentive. The house itself was a disappointment. It's old and had an awful musty odor, there were bugs. The floors were grimy and I wasn't comfortable walking without shoes. I would not stay there again.

Lovely home with some downsides

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself was awesome, very comfortable and clean, inside and out. We loved having the pool on days that we didn’t spend at the beach. Unfortunately, the house next door had an extremely loud pool pump that made it impossible to have a conversation in the backyard/pool. We also found 3 cockroaches inside the house. Overall, it was a great stay.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 27. sep. 2025
Thank you for your kind words and honest feedback. We're so glad to hear you found the home clean, comfortable, and enjoyed having the pool as a great alternative to the beach! We’re sorry to hear about the noise from the neighboring pool pump — that’s definitely not ideal when you’re trying to relax, and we understand how frustrating that can be. We’ll look into whether anything can be done to help minimize the impact for future guests. Additionally, we take pest control very seriously and have already notified our team to ensure the issue is promptly addressed. We truly appreciate you staying with us and are happy to hear that, despite these issues, you still had a great stay. We’d love the chance to welcome you back in the future!

Great location to the beach, short walk, nice kitchen to prepare meals, provided fun records and games for the family to use in the evening. Pool was a bonus for a quick swim. Loved the teal decor and mermaids

Beach vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and pool were are favorite parts. The house had plenty of space for us. It was an easy walk to the beach and close to several restaurants. The couple of issues we had was it was hard to close the exterior doors going to the backyard which would cause the pool alarms to always go off and the railing on the back deck was wobbly so we couldn't let out kids hang out up there since they are younger. Other than that we had a great time there!
Svar fra VrboOwner den 1. jul. 2026

It’s also great to know you enjoyed the easy beach walk and nearby restaurants. We’re sorry to hear about the difficulty with the exterior doors and the resulting pool alarms, as well as the concern regarding the back deck railing. We’re happy to hear that despite those concerns, you still had a great time overall. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable beach vacation!

Good location, nice house but gotta bring everything with you

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a decent stay. But the lack of a loooot of things really made it more challenging and less enjoyable. We’ve stayed in many many other places before and every single house has had basic stuff. This house does not provide things like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee pods, so if you ever cook on vacation, you’d have to bring everything with you. Neither do they provide beach towels or any beach equipment whatsoever. These things just made for a lot of unnecessary last minute purchases. The location is great though being in close proximity with the beach. The beach doesn’t have public parking, so you have to walk. The house was decently clean. Found a random sock, and the shower could use some scrubbing.
