Overall was a great place to vacation. Our room was nice. The host responded to all my questions within a reasonable time. My family stayed two weeks. The only problem we had was sometimes the parking lot was full and we had to park in the alley.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you for the fast response regarding the broken couch bed. We appreciated the timely accommodations with the air mattress and getting a new couch. The maintenance men were very professional and nice!! Dishwasher did not clean the dishes, we washed by hand all week. The bottom rack has track wheels missing.The pot and pans are in poor shape, and we purchased forks (only 4 in condo). We left them for the next folks. 😉 Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean when we arrived. The view of the beach was breathtaking. There wasn't a direct contact with the host however, there was a helpful security officer named James that was very helpful and had passed down information regarding my mother-in-law's vehicle being permitted to stay on the condo property due to her being handicap.

Our condo flooded, washer was broken, no alternative to wash clothes, no refund, no communication. Highly don’t recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would stay here again. I think if I were to be super picky, the building itself had something’s that were a little aggravating like doors/door codes are broke so the building itself actually isn’t secure from people who aren’t staying there, and there was loud building work being done during the day which we only noticed one day when there was bad weather and stayed in the room and tried to take naps. The view was gorgeous. The master is gorgeous. This condo itself- no complaints other than a small cleaning issue I already spoke to the property manager about. We were afraid the family who was staying with us may be a little late checking out, the property manager was responsive and understanding. **Little tip, bring seasonings if you plan on cooking, dish soap, dish pods, hand soap, laundry detergent, more toilet paper and trash bags if you plan on staying a few days. There are quite a few beach accessories and umbrellas in the condo to use.

We had a maintenance need (washer was overflowing) and the process to contact the correct person was somewhat confusing. The problem was reported to the attendant on site who stated that maintenance was contacted and would come to the unit, but no one ever did. Eventually I was able to make email contact, where I learned that maintenance was not contacted.

Very nice condo. Very convenient on the first floor. Beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we needed. There were just a few things that took it from a 5 star review to a 3. The sliding glass door was off track for most of the week. The company was able to come on Thursday and fix it (we left Sat). There is another door out to the balcony through the primary bedroom which we used but with littles who went to bed early it was an inconvenience to try and not wake them up. The air conditioning was incredibly loud, so upon opening the utility closet we found the air filter to be completely covered in dust and hadn’t been changed in a very long time. Both TVs in the secondary bedrooms did not work. The primary bathrooms jacuzzi tub did not work, not a big deal, but would’ve been nice. The Wi-Fi was horrible and we weren’t able to watch tv for most of the week, or connect to the Wi-Fi because no password was given. I had messaged the host at the beginning of the week and didn’t get a response, so I called the help number that was given and maintenance was sent out promptly and fixed the filter and TVs (added Rokus). I messaged the host again to get the Wi-Fi password at the end of the week and did get a response (should’ve done that earlier). The parking is across the street unfortunately. Not a bad walk but would’ve been nice to not cross with littles. All in all, good stay, if we didn’t have minor issues I would’ve given it a 4star review, minus one star for the parking.

Great view

If you want to wake up looking at the beach everyday, this is the place. It was a very spacious place for 5 adults and 3 kids.

Older condo but perfect for a family of adults couples. Complex is one building so less crowed than other locations. The pool is small but we were here for the beach. Great location.. Parking easy and convenient. Would stay here again next time in Panama Beach

Overall our stay was fabulous. Great beach view. The property is quiet and relaxing. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The kitchen cabinet was loose and the dryer didn't dry. The bedrooms are listed as queen and are a full size.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was overall good, due to the location of the rental. Upon arrival there were some stains on the mattresses and some things here and there giving the place an unclean feeling. There was extra home decor stored under the bed and laying about, not giving a very homey feel. Mid through our stay, the AC began leaking and soaked through under the floor all the way into the kitchen and into our bedroom. It created a large puddle in the carpet as well as a mildew odor. Someone came to fix the AC and attempted to vacuum the water spot, however it didn’t work. While there was a carpet cleaning company sent, it wasn’t until our last full day, leaving us hopping over a huge puddle anytime we entered our room and an unpleasant smell. The mattresses and furniture are a bit well used (the bed dipped in toward the middle) and honestly it would be wise to invest in bed bug covers for mattresses with the amount of people who funnel in and out of the stay. Not horrible stay, but could’ve been better.

Easy Beach access

Very nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath convenient to shops and restaurants. Great for the 4th of July. A few misc issues. That was resolved quickly! Then on the 4th, our vehicle was towed after being there for 7 days 150 very inconvenient situation that shouldn’t happened, our parking pass was in the vehicle, security would of needed to look just a little more and would of seen it.

We really enjoyed our stay at PCB. We had beautiful weather during our trip. The Condo could have used a couple of things in the kitchen. We cook a lot, and the skillets were not the best, and there was no salt and no mop in the place. The floors needed a good mopping. My daughter has an 8 month old and even when none of us had been outside our feet would be black on the bottom. Other than that, the room was comfortable, spacious, and in a great location.

We loved the ease and convenience of staying on the first floor! The views were great and the only drawback was sometimes when sitting on the balcony there was excess noise from the parking lot below. Other than that we had no issues. I would have enjoyed a few more homey touches around the unit such as a few more rugs in the bathroom or maybe a blanket on the couch. I would also advise on getting each renter a disposable scrubber for dishes. That would be a huge help. All in all a great stay. We enjoyed the location of the unit. We didn’t get to use the pool. But it was a small size. So if that’s important to you that would be something to consider.

The condo was clean, bright and very roomy. You can't beat the view from the balcony! My wife doesn't like heights so the first floor was perfect. Despite it being lower and close to the pool it was very quiet. The only negative, and very minor, is the master bath is vented to the front of the property. You can clearly hear the road noise when using the commode. It is located very close to Walmart and many eating/shopping establishments. With the beach being steps away we will definitely return.
