Glad that you enjoy the home We apologize for the dog feces being left behind that should have been caught before your check in and we will speak with our staff to insure this does not happen again. We hope that you will come and stay with us again!

Lisa, I want to greatly apologize for these issues during your stay. We appreciate you waiting till the next day to call but we would've loved for you to call the night you arrived. This is something we would've taken care of for you so you could've enjoyed the cabana both nights. I do want to greatly apologize for the communication issues you had during your stay. We apologize you were not more informed and updated about the issues at hand. We are glad our maintenance staff was able to get the lights fixed for you for the second night and decided to gift you a golf cart for your troubles. They wanted you to enjoy your stay and have fun but I am sorry about the ticket. This is why there are signs on those roads stating to not drive your golf cart on the highway. We do thank you for your feedback and hope you consider staying with us again in the future. If you do we would love to gift you a golf cart during your next stay and will make sure it's your best vacation yet.
