Living Room - Couch with Chaise that has a pull-out bed, 43" TV with basic cable and Roku Streaming Stick, 2 side chairs, books and games

Bathroom - Full Tub/Shower Combo, Toilet, Sink, Towels are provided

Outside - Deck with Dining Set for 6, 2 adirondack chairs, grill, outside shower

This is a seasonal home (5/1 - 10/15) as there is no heat except in the dining room/kitchen. Space heaters are available upon request.

There are window A/Cs in the 2 bedrooms and the living room. There is a large fan in the dining room/kitchen area.

There is deeded river access to the Swan Pond River if you wish to launch a kayak.

Haigi's Beach is a 10 minute walk away. Small pull wagon available for bringing supplies
