This newly remodeled coastal home in Grayton Beach blends upscale design with relaxed Gulf Coast charm, offering a comfortable and memorable stay for families and groups. The Space
Comfortably accommodating up to 13-15 guests across five sleeping spaces, this 2,200 sq ft home is designed for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying time together after beach-filled days.

The main living area features an open layout that creates a warm and inviting space for morning coffee, shared meals, game nights, and relaxing evenings together. Its cozy scale makes it especially comfortable for gathering after full days enjoying the beach and surrounding 30A.

The home also offers multiple additional gathering spaces that extend the main living area, including, a covered front porch, a second-floor balcony with seating, and a backyard deck featuring outdoor dining, lounge seating, and gas grill. These outdoor areas provide multiple comfortable options to relax, unwind, and spread out throughout your stay.

For added flexibility, the first-floor suite offers a queen sleeper sofa and bathroom and can function as either a comfortable secondary lounge area or additional sleeping accommodation. This flex space is especially convenient for guests who prefer or benefit from fewer stairs. As with many multi-level coastal homes, the layout prioritizes togetherness and ease of living, with most guests spending their days enjoying the beach, pool, and nearby attractions before returning home to relax and reconnect.
