Great location! Condo was spacious and had great AC. Cooler, chsirs and boogie boards all included. Would definitely stay there again. Close to beach and a beautiful resort area.

Updated and spacious

Had a great time with my wife and three kids at the golf villas in Kapalua! Place is large and updated, with great appliances and a pool 50 ft away. Beach is only a 10 min walk down the hill where my kids swam with turtles and got to see a monk seal. Highly recommended for anyone come to Kapalua/Maui

Golfer's Delight!!!

What an awesome condo! Nicely appointed, peaceful setting. The management company here is top notch. It was an active vacation for us so I enjoyed the big beautiful bathtub. The golf course is world class with epic views throughout. We hiked to the Coastal Trail, the Honolua Store, the Burger Shack at the Ritz and the Sentry Tournament of Champions at the Plantation Course. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, the appliances are top of the line. I would stay here again!

Wonderful condo in an amazing setting!

Wonderful condo in an amazing setting! The home was lovely and well appointed with all the basics you could need including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards....the Kapalua shuttle that is available is a wonderful bonus to get to the beach and not hassle with parking. KBM provided everything we could need to get us through our week vacation (dish soap, trash bags, detergent) and whatever we didn't have was easily purchased at the Honolua Store nearby. Watching the golfers every morning with our cup of coffee was a peaceful and wonderful way to start the day.

Some areas of the Villa fall a bit short...

We have stayed more that 15 times at various Kapalua Villas - this unit was basically a 3 star. Some positives and some negatives.

Golf Villa in Kapalua Maui HI

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa while we visited and explored Maui for a week. Access to the villa was very easy. We had check-in information provided to us well in advance. KBM Resorts had called and checked in a few times well before our stay if we had any questions or needed anything - which was very lovely. Thank you!Location - the villa was very much in a golf resort style village. Walks were very pleasant around. There is a store very walk accessible nearby. Even though we used a car for beach stays, we also walked to the beach for a stroll (5-7min walk to the nearby beach and one of the notable beach trails).Villa was clean and had everything you need: beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Kitchen had everything that is needed as well. The patio was spacious and had gorgeous views on the golf. Very relaxing.A definite recommend.

Not so much

Nice property but a little beat up. Lots of paper products which is nice. Master bed pretty comfortable. The couch and chaise not very comfortable. I think they have a cockroach issue, lots of traps everywhere to try and solve the issue. I ended up having to chase down 5 darn large roaches to kill them. About the size of mice. No lie!! Not mention the ones that we would find dead in the morning. The villa has a view of the ocean when the waves are rough that you see thru the pine trees in the distance. The trees have grown considerably since this photo was taken. So ocean view in your listing is a stretch. Nice ocean views from other areas of the property higher up on the hill. There were some very nice families around us, but also 20 something’s that thought the property was a college dorm. I know that all my statements will be diminished and say we are crazy. Which is fine. I just expected a lot more for the price we paid.

Unfortunately this review was written by a competitor and has been reported to vrbo. There are no 'roaches' or 'traps' in the villa, and the view is exactly as pictured. There are no '20 somethings' in the Golf Villas either. Please see the other 5 Star reviews for accurate details.

A Hidden Gem

Aloha kakou, This rental was beautiful, tranquil and beyond expectations. The condo was spacious and tastefully decorated with exceptional care and attention to details. Unfortunately we were on the road most of the time during our two day stay. I would love to return and fully enjoy the ambiance and peacefulness of Kapalua. There were three very minor issues. The first, upon entering the condo it was difficult to distinguish the two steps down into the living and dining room areas, especially when you're struck by the stunning view of the golf course. The entrance had a beautiful marble floor leading into the spacious living area. And because of the lighting and the reflection off of the marble floor the entire area looks level not knowing there's a two steps down difference. I caught myself when I stumbled down into the living area and so did my sister. The second and third issues happened on our last day. The interior latch fixture for the right sliding screen door facing the golf course fell off, we could not find the rivets that attached it to the screen door. And thirdly we noticed the right glass sliding door latch could not be securely locked, with a good tug it would unlock and slide open. Above all else we enjoyed our brief stay, what made it even better was the beautifull and excellent accommodation. That property is an extraordinary value and well worth the commute between Kapalua, Kahului and Wailuku. Would I recommend your services, most definitely. You've earned your ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ratings. We had a wonderful week at the Bay Course on the 10th fairway and enjoyed our mornings near the Banyan trees. Great snorkeling beaches nearby with nice walking paths. We will be back!

Our experience with KBM Resorts was fantastic!

Our experience with KBM Hawaii was fantastic and would definitely use them again to book. Unit 14P6 was nice and location was good but unit itself needs updating especially with the in and outside furnishings. Overall though we had a good time.

Beautiful!

Beautiful location, views, weather and property. An exceptional condo; modern, gorgeous and quiet! Pool well maintained. My only complaint is that the floors were very dirty. Our bare feet were black the first couple of days until I had the chance to wash the floors. Brooms and dustpan should really be kept handy for users. I would not hesitate to stay here again! We loved it.

Superb rental unit and excellent communication

I am glad that I found this rental agency for my vacations during COVID pandemia. Superb rental unit and excellent communication during booking and post-booking times. Seamless check-in, very clean unit and overall support during our stay in Maui was just outstanding. We need extra beach chair- they brought it next morning, beach umbrella- no problems. Thank you all- we had a great time.

Perfect Maui location

High above the ocean secluded setting on the Kapalua golf course. 10 minute drive to 5 great beaches. Villa is also right next to private clean pool. Enjoyed our stay with the family. The only thing would be to update some simple things which were not repaired lock and lights in the unit. Overall 4 stars!
