Cape Cod stil hjem, gå til Sea Street Beach (9/10 mile) med masser af parkering, 5 soveværelser i hovedhuset 2 soveværelser og en sovende i sommerhuset. FANTASTISK HOUSE FOR FAMILIE REUNIONS! 2018 alle nye Harvey vinduer i hovedhuset. I 2013 tilføjede vi et sommerhus og blev screenet i våbenhuset ud fra garagen. 2019 nye vinduer i hytten. Hovedhuset har en DR, FR, opdateret køkken, varmt ekstra stort udendørs bruser med skiftende område. Masser af privatlivets fred, dobbelt bil garage omdannet til et stort værelse med stort tv, køkken og alrumsinstallation, DVD, VCR (masser af spil og dvd'er) og våde bar. Perfekt til flere familier. Propan Kommerciel grill og kulgrill. 2 fulde bade, et halvt bad og en udendørs bruser, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Gå til downtown Dennisport, Sundae School, Cafes, parker, antikvitetsforretninger. Gratis WiFi, landmænd våbenhus med gyngestole og en screenet i våbenhuset. Stor rummelig gård til et spil hestesko eller volleyball. Antikke hjem med opdateret køkken og badeværelser. Trægulve overalt. Smart TV, to WIFI kasser, alt hvad du behøver for at gøre det til en perfekt ferie eller genforening plads. Faste vægge og masser af plads til at være alene, hvis det er nødvendigt. Hunde betragtes fra sag til sag. Pack and Play og høj stol også i lokaler, hvis nødvendigt. 2016 har vi udskiftet nogle gamle cedertræk på hovedhuset og tilføjet et dæk fra køkkenet. Huset er gammelt og unikt, men har opdateret køkken, badeværelser mv. Ældre charme, nye faciliteter. Hvis du vil have moderne og nyt, er dette hus ikke til dig. 2017, ny skærmdør, nye møbler i sommerhus og ny sektionssofa i stort værelse. Udendørs område har masser af privatliv, støder op til en skovklædt masse, brand pit bygget i 2016. Masser af privatliv og parkering. Nogle strøelse, billeder og møbler kan opgraderes eller udskiftes afhængigt af slitage.

Family Reunion

Enjoyed our stay in this large house close to the beach and in walking distance to Sundae School Ice Cream. Great location! Morning coffees on the front porch with evening cocktails on the back deck- plenty of yard games. Central location to many of the Cape activities. House had everything we needed to relax and cook dinners for our large group. Converted garage had a nice breeze and was large hangout space for movie night or playing cards. Rooms all had window AC's and the outdoor shower was amazing! Plenty of parking with 2 driveways.

Home had everything available. Easy access. Sheets musty, needed an air purifier and dehumidifier, one of the shower cutains had dark black mold but I found one and replaced,gas grill out of gas. Both husband and myself wacked our shins on the bed frame extensions which was covered with a sock. - each side.

Great time playing Team Challenge

Lynn is an EXCEPTIONAL host! Property met expectations. Lots of amenities close, if my group needs to stay in the Cape again, we will stay here.

Wonderful family beach vacation

The property was great for our extended family vacation. We had 9 adults and 6 children and there was more than enough space. The outdoor spaces (front and back yards) were great for the kids to run around and play games. And the owner was very responsive, which was great! We would definitely recommend this property for larger group vacations.

24th annual trip to the Cape

This home met the needs of our diverse group with plenty of space (indoors and out), location and overall accommodations. Tne owner was exceptionally responsive to a few needs when we first arrived. The house was immaculate and we immediately felt at home.

Great house to stay for large group

The house is perfect for a large group of people including kids. The area around the house is good for the kids to play. We had an awesome time during our visit to Cape Cod and this house played an important role. The house is located close to the beach and there are several restaurants close by. The owner is very nice and helpful. She did everything to makes us feel at home.

Quintessential Cape Cod!!

Our family had a great time!! We easily made meals for our crowd and enjoyed gathering around the table in the converted garage. We loved having two refrigerators. The outdoor shower was a great retreat after a day at the beach. Lots of memories were made and connections strengthened while having morning coffee on the front porch.

Great Getaway for a Large Family

This house was a great place for an extended family vacation! We had 8 adults and 4 children, including 2 babies, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The outside yards were large, beautiful, and offered a lot of privacy. The house was also within walking distance of the beach, ice cream, sea food, and a short drive to many other activities. As a host, Lynn was very accessible to answer any questions. The description of the property was very accurate and I would highly recommend!

Great week in spite of rain

We were 16 adults from 3 families that have vacationed together for 30 years. This house accommodated all the parents and their adult children with significant others. There were beds for all and the house was well equipped for large groups. Lynn was a wonderful host and communication was excellent! I highly recommend this house and hope to return again.

Amazing family reunion

This was the perfect house for our large family gathering! We ended up with 14 and could’ve easily fit 6 more! They had EVERYTHING you could need and more, even a pizza oven! Amazing location, TONS of room and outdoor space. We loved the converted garage where we gathered every day. I highly recommend this property! The owner checked in us and was very responsive to any questions. Thank you!!!

Met our needs

The property manager is fantastic; quick to respond and super helpful. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean, it had a great front porch and back deck, and it was stocked with everything you’d need. The teens in the house were impressed by the water pressure in the showers (it was pretty great). The older teens loved the separate space of the cottage. There was an adorable bunny family living in the yard and the babies were so cute! The house isn’t anything fancy or updated and it’s an old home, (a thing on the house says it was built in 1760) but as long as you don’t mind, it’s great. The only thing it needed was more outlets. There were quite a few extension cords used to plug things in, but I guess that’s probably normal in a house that old. An ice cream shop, diner, and a beach are in walking distance, but we needed our car for everything else. Overall, a great extended family vacation. Everyone had a fun time!

Perfect for extended family vacation!

We had 3 families and grandparents and there was plenty of room! Everything was clean, linens were ready and kitchen had multiples of anything you could possibly need. Front and back outdoor spaces- great for teens playing football on one side and quiet conversation on other :) Biking/walking distance to beach and walking distance to Sundae School. I had a question upon arrival and Lynn got back to me immediately- she's so friendly and professional! Loved it!

Clean and comfortable

We were in town for a family wedding. We ended up with 13 adults in this home, but never felt cramped or on top of each other. So many places to get privacy, and also a big great room to gather together at the table. The yard’s shrubs give it privacy. We played corn hole and had a fire in the fire pit. Walked to the beach, the oyster bar, played mini golf, ate ice cream. Everything was close. It is a very welcoming home. Loved the charm, but not too fancy feel. Lynn is a wonderful host. Responsive and on top of things. She will make your stay comfortable. My family would definitely stay here again.

Great for home for multiple families with kids.

Lynn was excellent! She purchased a mattress and sheets for the onsite pack and play. Great communication through out the rental process. Great home for multiple families with young kids. We were able to set the sleeping arrangements so the kids wouldn't wake the kid-less adults up in the morning. The converted garage into a family living area was another unexpected surprise. We had the door open all day with no fear of bugs getting inside. The short walk to Sunday school was traveled multiple times. Thanks for the great stay Lynn!

Looking for space?Looking for comfort?Looking for lots of beds?Lots of seating areas?A great host?This is it!Plenty of room for up to 19 people, we had 14.Kitchen is great, 2 large refrigerators, 2 ice makers. 2 large living rooms. 3 showers, and I will say the outdoor shower was used the most. Even my 86 year old mom used it! Front porch sits 12 and was a hangout spot!Fire pit with 8 chairs is awesome. Back porch easily sits 14, with 3 grills and a great lawn for yard games. Walk across the street to Royal pizza and an ice cream spot. Walk to the beach, but also drop off as it is about a mile, but an easy walk. Host communication was a plus. A fan was broke and boom one came by Amazon, the next day. A/C's worked great. Plenty of towels and beach chairs and kids toys. Plenty of indoor games to play. Lots of TVs. The only complaint we have, is the 7 days went by to quick! Thanks Lynn and feel free to give my phone number out for a referral!We have done this for 10 years, and must say my family from age 7 to 86 was very pleased!Don Stebbins from Arkansas

Family stay for a Cape wedding

If you have a large group, this is the place to stay. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly want in the two kitchen areas. Linens and towels are abundant if you choose to rent them. The men loved the outdoor shower!! The large bedroom above the now “closed in garage” was a little warm and could possibly use a stronger A/C, but we managed. The closed in garage is a fantastic area for evening meals. When you open the garage door it has a permanent screen that is great. Just open the back window and/or door and the cross breeze is wonderful! We also enjoyed the front porch. The rockers are a lovely touch!! We had several meals on the back deck which is great as the sun is setting. We had a wonderful time and I hope we can be back for future family gatherings!! Lanette was a very responsive host.

Great Family Space

Perfect space for a large family get together with kids and adults. Lots of room to sleep, lots of bed combinations and also hang out/eat together. It has great, private outdoor spaces to play games, have a fire, drink coffee/cocktails and eat. We loved that people could easily spread out but also easily be all together. There was an awesome outdoor shower and house was equipped with truly everything you need to cook (even lobster pots and pizza oven) and outdoor games/beach gear. All week long everyone kept remarking what a great setup the house was for for our large group (12 adults and 4 kiddos). Walking distance to Sundae School, Wolfies Bakery and Sea Street beach was perfect. Sea view park is also walking distance with a playground for the kiddos. It is also a close drive to many other great spots. Lanette was a great host, making sure everything was all set up for us. She was very easy to get ahold of and proactive about guiding us on places to go and things to do. It was an awesome place we would definitely recommend and book again!!

Perfect for family reunion

Character home with lots of room for our group of 12. Sleeping arrangements include single rooms to dorm style for 6. Kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING you need to cook large meals, seafood and corn on the cob. Two large yards for games (supplied by owner) and a fire pit for evenings. Converted garage with screen is the family gathering place with dining table, couches & chairs, TV and bar supplies. Easy stroll to beach each day, played mini golf at Holiday Hill, kayaked to the shore from town. There is easy access to shopping. We could not have asked for a better vacation for our family. Lanette is easy to reach, quickly replies to questions, and is very welcoming. She alerted us to a Tornado Watch and where in house to go to be safe. Wow! It is not always easy to find a big enough house at a reasonable price and this one is great.

Great Family Getaway

Much needed getaway, lots of space for my parents, siblings and our kids. Lynn was really helpful with suggestions for what to do in Dennis Port prior to arrival and answered questions quickly for the few we had when we were there. The house was nice, old New England charm. Very cute cabin attached with several bunk beds but it empties into backyard and not the house. Kids would have loved to sleep there but felt they couldn’t given their age range (1,4,7,7,11). That being said, there was not a lack of beds and we all fit comfortably in the house. Wish the house had central air, with the humidity this time of year, the window units had a hard time keeping the main areas cool. The great room had a large garage door-type opening which was great at night to let fresh air in and get a view of the backyard. Plenty of parking, any kitchen utensil or appliance you might need was available. Fire pit great for roasting marshmallows and hanging out. Overall, everyone had a great time.

GREAT host - great family space

House was super clean and just so great for 3 generation family vacation. There were 15 of us ranging in age from 11 to mid-70s. Totally unique space. LOVED the open living space that we could enjoy the out of doors inside with the open wall option. Fire pit in the front yard made for great family memories and s'mores. Having two kitchen areas worked great for keeping meal prep separate from packing beach lunches and snacks. Everything we needed was provided for beach fun and for meal prep and cleanup. Lanette was super responsive to any questions, and went above and beyond throughout our stay. House has so much character since the main house was built in 1800 something. Love the coastal decor and air conditioning in every bedroom. The young men loved their detached bunk room. We made good use of the porches and deck just off the kitchen for meals and relaxation. Sundae School - the walk is totally worth it. Only ice cream spot that I've ever seen require a local cop and a number of parking attendants. The Hot Fudge Sundae is out of this world with real whip cream... Beaches on the Cape - we enjoyed several but Mayflower/northern side is worth getting up early to get a parking spot for - the sand just goes forever at low tide. Buy the town of Dennis Beach sticker at the townhall for $90 since daily beach acces is $30/day. Also, don't miss the rail trails - fun for the whole family.

Our family has been going to Dennisport for 3 generations. We plan on retiring in this house down the road. We are a casual family that appreciates summers at the Cape and family values. Although I consider Dennisport my home, we live year round North of Boston.

We purchased this home because of the location to the beach, town and because it's in Dennisport. I feel at home here because that's where my parents brought us every summer. Dennisport offers beaches on the ocean side and beaches on the Bay side of the Cape. This house is an old Captains house and was built in the late 1700's. Registered as the oldest home in Dennis Port It has all the charm of a typical Cape Cod home, the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Very solid quiet home. Because its the Cape and an old home we cannot prevent possible dampness or a fly, mouse etc from possibly getting in the house. We treat the house with preventive measures, but cannot guarantee no bug will enter the house, especially through the great/garage room. Its still a garage!
Please no parking on the grass we have an irrigation system.

The farmer's front porch is the place to relax, read a book, play a game or enjoy a beverage. Many homes at the Cape have very little land to them, this property offers a lot of quiet and privacy. We also loved how many people it will sleep, perfect for multiple families. 3/4 of an acre and plenty of space to get alone time. Very quiet rooms. Where do I purchase my beach sticker (not daily passes)?
Purchase your stickers at the Town Hall (685 Route 134, South Dennis), Monday-Friday 8:30-4:00. Starting Memorial Day weekend our hours are Monday – Saturday 9-4 and Sunday 9-12 (yes – 7 days a week).
BEACH STICKER INFO: What are the sticker costs?
Beach Stickers - $50.00 each for resident tax payers
Transfer Station - $152.00 for the 1st and $20.00 for the 2nd - Recycling only - $35.00
Weekly - $90.00 (sticker is valid Saturday – Friday of the week purchased)
Seasonal - $180.00 – valid for Cottage Colonies, renters of 4 consecutive weeks or longer and immediate family members of a property owner (mother/father, sister/brother)
Non-Resident - $360
All Replacement Stickers - $10


Common comments by renters are"the house is much bigger than we expected". If you like new and crisp modern homes this house is not for you. Its targeted to large family groups at a reasonable price. Its not perfect, but we live there and do work on it every year to be sure its safe, clean and affordable!
