We rented this property for our wedding weekend this past September. The house was amazing and exactly as described. Plenty of room for 12 people to stay comfortably and all of the amenities needed to enjoy the kitchen, private beach and water access. Adam and Tia were also very communicative, they even sent us an few events happening in Bristol during our stay incase we had some extra time to explore. Would definitely recommend booking!

Beautiful location in coastal, scenic Bristol! Only wish we had warmer temps to enjoy all of the outdoor benefits. The home is perfect for families with multiple Jack & Jill bedroom options, fabulous game room, private beach access, and easy walk to town. One of our guests has already looked into a return trip with friends. :)User-friendly instructions and labels on switch plates, cabinets, etc. make it easy to maneuver throughout the home. Overall, a winner!

10/10 stay in Bristol RI. The house is perfect for a large family get together. Lots of amenities are provided by the owners. You will not be disappointed in the picture-esque location!

The property is incredible, and has everything we could want. We had a large group and everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The beach is lovely, and we had fun exploring the little island across the way. Excellent trip overall, can’t wait to return!

We had an excellent stay at this Bristol home! It fully lived up to all expectations -- was expansive, comfortable, and inviting. We were a large group yet never felt cramped, and we enjoyed having beautiful and well-equipped spaces to prepare and gather for meals and R&R. The game room was a huge hit with the younger set. The views were beautiful -- felt secluded and private while still being near plenty of Bristol amenities.

This home was absolutely incredible, the pictures do not do it justice. Adam and Tija were fantastic to deal with and everything was perfect. The attention to detail was amazing. It was if you were staying in a five star resort with the feeling of being home. We had our family there for RWU graduation, Adam suggested Chef Andy to prepare a meal in the home the day of graduation. It was amazing. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this home and if you go, check out Chef Andy as well.

The listing does not do the property justice! It is such a beautiful property. Everything is decorated impeccably! The rooms are equipped with everything we needed - towels, soaps, makeup towels, spa like showers. The kitchen is amazing and equipped with everything we needed. We had a beautiful evening dinner in the backyard. I wish I had more photos to share but I do not at this time ):The neighbors were very friendly! We stayed here with 5 of our best friends and just everyone was so happy about the space. We are already talking about renting it again together sometime! We played hours of pool in the game room and watched a soccer match on the large tv. Located right outside of Bristol - which is just the cutest town ever. Walking through town we passed by a realtors office and was trying to convince my husband the whole time to buy one of the houses for sale in Bristol. Some of the local businesses we utilized and loved:Bristol Bagel WorksBorealis Coffee CompanyAndrades CatchThe owners are absolutely amazing to work with. They are so kind, friendly, and helpful. Just speaking with them through texts they seem like such genuine people. I know I’m missing some notes. I cannot put into words how amazing this property is and I am so thankful to have been able to spend a long weekend here with my closest friends!

We rented 137 Ferry Drive in Bristol, RI for our daughter's wedding, and it exceeded every expectation.We held the ceremony in the yard, which offers two separate and absolutely spectacular ocean views — it was the perfect backdrop. Our caterer had no trouble at all working in the kitchen, which is clearly set up to handle real entertaining. For dinner, we set up a table for 14 right in the yard and were blessed with incredible weather, though it was reassuring to know we could have just as easily moved everything indoors if it had rained.The outdoor spaces were a highlight for our whole group. There are 8 wood Adirondack chairs and a solo fire pit that we gathered around every night — sitting by the fire under the stars, listening to the crickets, was one of our favorite parts of the whole weekend. On top of that, there are more high-quality heavy plastic Adirondack chairs than we could count, spread between the beach and the yard, plus lawn games the owners provide, which our guests loved.Inside, the entertainment room with a pool table and ping pong table became a popular gathering spot, and the large TVs in the living room, entertainment room, and every bedroom made it easy for everyone to relax on their own schedule.Beyond the house itself, the owner and his property manager were easy to reach, quick to respond, and went out of their way to make sure everything was exactly as promised. This is a truly exceptional property with hosts to match.

Amazing stay! Booked this property for a surprise engagement in late September.The weather was perfect, the house is beautiful and the lawn, beach and pier were a gorgeous backdrop for the engagement shoot.Adam was the friendliest and most accommodating host ever. Highly highly recommend!

Our stay was terrific; the setup was better than a hotel. Everything provided was of the highest quality and exceeded expectations. Instructions from the hosts were clear and easy to follow. Only wish the weather were better.

Beautiful home! We enjoyed every second and didn't want to leave. The owners were amazing and super quick to help. We were a family of 14 and had space for everyone. The kitchen was so easy to cook meals and the den was perfect to sit back and enjoy. We all realized we love Kayaking and can't wait to come back again!

Smooth sailing at this incredible home, with beautiful grounds, and incomparable views! We got married at Blithewold during our stay and this property proved to be well-situated, well-appointed for hosting, and an all-around perfect backdrop to a weekend of festivities. As a born-and-raised Rhode Islander, I couldn’t have hoped for a better location to introduce loved ones to my home state. We can only hope to return over and over! Thanks for a great stay! Best decision to pick this house! Everything about our stay was amazing! We were so impressed by how luxurious the house felt. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and each bedroom and bathroom was equipped with everything we could need. It felt more like a hotel than a Vrbo property. Adam and Tija made the experience stress-free for us. They were so friendly and accommodating leading up to and during our stay. Waking up to the gorgeous view of the water every morning was the icing on the cake! Thank you, Adam and Tija, for a wonderful weekend that we will not forget!!!

Absolutely stunning. 10 out of 10. The house had every amenity. The kitchen had every possible tool, glass, pans, etc. The Nespresso coffee maker was easy to use. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. There were 2 laundry rooms and there was detergent. The outside is equally stunning. The beach is lovely, with a raft out in the water that you can swim to and an island for shell collecting. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the outdoor speaker, bbq and fire pit was a great bonus. I would highly recommend this home!

The most amazing house ever

This house was so wonderful! There are not enough words to describe…. The house is absolutely stunningly, beautiful. It is completely stocked with everything and anything that you would ever want – fully stocked kitchen, towels, linens, outdoor furniture (including the most amazing cushions), kayaks etc… The owners spared no expense. The view is unparalleled, and there are numerous porches and veranda’s to sit and enjoy the spectacular views. The owners were always responsive and so extremely helpful! I cannot stress enough how wonderful they were throughout our entire state. We had several questions and they responded within seconds. The location is unbeatable. Numerous restaurants close by and close to town. We rented bikes and biked everywhere - the kids had a blast! If you are lucky enough to see availability for this house, rent it immediately!

Gorgeous home and property! Two families meeting for the first time gathered for a 3-day wedding celebration. We hosted a summer garden party at the property for visiting family and friends, with the wedding ceremony held at Blithewold Mansion Gardens and Arboretum, just a 7-minute walk away from the house. The weather cooperated and the backdrop of this beautiful home overlooking the ocean, with a private beach to gather, was so lovely!The whole house is beautifully appointed, modern and spotless - very open and spacious, with plenty of room for 12 adults and children to spread out, with great sound insulation, yet warm and inviting for people to gather in the kitchen area, living room, and game room. The bedrooms are each outfitted with big screen tvs, and bathrooms are gorgeous. The kitchen is spacious and great to cook in, with pretty much everything you will need (I brought my mini-prep food processor - which was helpful for our needs).Our thanks to our hosts, Adam and Tija, who could not have been more accommodating and communicative, responding immediately to our questions. Bristol and nearby towns, including Newport, have great dining options. We highly recommend this property, and we will be back!

The house was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away—not just by the spacious and beautifully maintained interior, but by the breathtaking water views that greeted us from nearly every window. The photos and description were completely accurate, yet somehow still didn’t do the place justice.Our immediate family stayed in the home, and we also had extended family nearby who joined us during the day. There was more than enough space for everyone to relax, dine, and spend quality time together—both inside the house and out on the deck. We enjoyed meals with the shimmering water as our backdrop.Yes, the cleaning fee might seem a bit high to some, but honestly, it was worth every penny. The house was immaculate—spotless from top to bottom—and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. Every amenity you could possibly need was thoughtfully provided: a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor barbecue perfect for grilling with a view, and an abundance of fresh linens and towels.The tranquil setting, combined with the luxurious comfort of the home and those unforgettable water views, made this stay truly exceptional. You simply couldn’t ask for a better property—it’s a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and natural beauty.
