Excellent on all accounts. We intend to return as this is a beautiful home/pool area in a lovely location. The host has thought of everything. A very friendly service by all involved and it really was a very enjoyable stay.

Relaxing, Refreshing, Clean, Beautiful & Comfortable

I appreciated the tender loving care that went into making this home such a beautiful, restful and comfortable place to stay during our Florida visit. Sitting out back by the pool drinking our morning coffee was amazing, plus it's close to Disney and all of the other parks. I highly recommend!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We had a wonderful vacation at this home. The pictures represented the house well. The host was very easy to communicate with, and the property manager was a joy to meet and very efficient. The home is located in an excellent location, and the pool was wonderful! We will certainly vacation at this home again, and give it our highest recommendation.

This home met all of our needs. We stayed 46 nights. Nicole was great with responses to any of our questions. The community is safe and serene. We were able to walk to the lake and around the neighborhood without issues. Our adult son was able to enjoy golfing for a very reasonable price. It was also fun watching the golfers from the lanai. The house was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. It was a comfortable home away from home. The garage came in handy for storage for one of our cars. The gas grill was a nice bonus. We did notuse the pool as weather was cooler most days of our stay, but it was clean and well maintained. The house was open and very roomy. There were 3 of us, but it could have easily accommodated 6 comfortably. Even though not needed for us, she had a lot of nice baby and children items. The price was very reasonable and a great value for all that was included. The location was ideal for us, and it is very convenient to Disney, Publix, Walmart, and lots of restaurants. Great. House and property

This house was lovely everything was neat and clean, this house could accommodate a large family as well as a couple of sisters. We were very close to all parks, restaurants and any other store we needed to find and that was very convenient location not to mention a nice quiet area. We truly enjoyed the outside dining area and the pool was nice to have just for us! Regards Maria

Nice house

Plenty of room , great stay. The only drawback .. we had to fight through the jungle plant to get to the door. A week or so into the stay. They trimmed them back.

Very Nice Home Close to Disney Parks!

The property was clean, in a safe area, and was as described in the listing. It was very close to the Disney parks, so driving there was a breeze! We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool on the days we weren’t venturing out. We enjoyed our stay with the exception of the temperature. This would be the only reason I would not stay again. The thermostat had a posted request regarding the temperature, and we found the home to be more warm than was comfortable for us. We did find a fan in the garage to use in one bedroom that helped somewhat, but I would suggest providing additional fans for travelers who are used to cooler spaces.

Uneven but quiet stay

The stay was ok. Disappointed with the ants and roaches that kept popping up. Was also disappointed that the outlets in both bathrooms didnt work. No wash cloths. The cable tv package was awful. There were little to no good viewership options for the "AVAILABLE" channels. No basic cable channels (ESPN/USA/TBS/TNT or anything of the sort). The neighborhood/stay was quiet which was good. Dear Kea, thank you for your review of our property. I understand that you are travel from outside the state , but Florida is know for having ants and other insects around the property and sometime if the door is open even inside the house. Also, we suggest to not let open food in the kitchen counter. However, in this case, you could just give us a call and we can spray again, even if our Villa is pest controlled regular. The outlets in the bathrooms are working, for some reason the general for those outlets, located in the garage, was down. Again, with just a call we could have assist you . As in one of my previous answers, I explained why we don't use washcloths , I don't think that you would like to wash your body after someone cleaned the shoes or the car...because this is what happens with this small towels. TV/Channels : We have 200 TV Channels in out package, actually and you can use as well as NETFLIX or whatever app you want. If you are looking for some special channels when you book a property, and this is mandatory for you, maybe you could investigate prior with the manager . Also, as a suggestion, for your next rentals, maybe you can communicate with the owner/manager during your stay so they can assist you and resolve any obviously possible issue without the necessity to write such a review for thinks that could have ben resolved in less then 15 minute. All our equip is trying to make you have a nice vacation experience but letting us know it's important. Regards, Nicole

Great stay!!

Overall house was great and clean, we would stay there again and considering it is within walking distance to family it is a possibility we will. You need to trim the landscape back a bit more, some of the trees are hanging over the walk way. Your book needs to be upgraded with things that have been changed, seemed a bit outdated, like you don't have a garbage disposal unit anymore or need keys to get into the house anymore. There was no basic local TV service, seemed all TVs were using streaming services, great for watching movies not so much for seeing local news and regular network channels. The pool light needs to be fixed or removed, as I called you that we woke up one morning with the fixture floating, the pool guy stuffed it back in and I did the same a day later. The light switches were a bit frustrating, with as many little notes you have in some places, some small labels on light switches would help guests know which ones turned on lights and such.

Quiet neighborhood stay

Found this hidden gem very close to the timeframe of our two-week vacation. The house is easy to find and just off the main road. The master bedrooms King Bed was so comfortable we have decided to find the same mattress when we get home. The pool area is just perfect for this time of year. A choice of full sun or shade each day should the weather cooperate. The owners we're very responsive when we had questions. Easy to check in and check out. The kitchen has both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils. Nice washer and dryer. As posted, one master bedroom with bathroom. Separate bedroom with queen bed, third with two twin bed and fourth room with a daybed. All nice. You will need to make sure you have your own supplies past that (toilet paper, laundry soap, etc) but for the price of this home that should be expected. We spent multiple days at Disney and this home is located within 25-40 minutes from the parks. Keep in mind we were there at peak season, so these travel times are very good. There was a great Italian restaurant right across the main road from the house and we found ourselves eating there multiple times. Walmart, Publix and many other food sources are just a few miles away. We would definitely stay here again.

The home is very cute and nicely decorated and the master bedroom was very nice. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that kind of turned us off: -The code for door we were provided didn't work so we were stuck outside for a while trying to contact someone with a different code -the remotes for the tvs didn't have batteries - there are no tvs in 2 of the bedrooms and the one for the kids didn't have cable and the DVD player didn't work - my daughter, my niece and myself slipped on the wood floor outside after getting out of the pool. We had to pull the rug from under the table and use it to walk on to prevent future slips -there were no directions on how to use the tvs and it was probably difficult to operate because the remotes didn't have batteries! -we requested that the air be lowered prior to our arrival bc my husband has bad allergies and the weather in central Fl this time of year is high 80s-low 90s and it was not lowered as we requested. Overall, the home is very spacious, clean and nicely decorated but all the other small issues were very frustrating!

Dear Krystle, I am glad you liked our home and am truly sorry you had some issues. We always recommend keeping a copy of the Driving Directions file that we send, as most all of the information you refer to is in that sheet. Specific to your questions: * like most security systems, for safety purposes, if the code is entered incorrectly more than three times the system will block and needs to be reset; a call to the manager, or myself with the phone numbers we provide will take care of the problem immediately. * as for the house amenities, we note in the house description that there are two tv's, though I am not sure why the remotes were without batteries. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. * We do make a special note in the directions that the rug in the pool area is there to provide for better footing when exiting the pool, especially for children. * We are sorry that the air conditioner was not set to the lower temp upon your arrival. The system was temporarily blocked and needed to be reset by the manager. As you noticed all this small issue where resolved promptly just the next morning of your arrival evening * We certainly strive to make sure our guests are comfortable and can begin to enjoy their vacations as soon as they arrive. Casa maravilhosa

Eu e minha familia ficamos na casa da Nicole. A casa é extremamente limpa, possui todos os objetos de cozinha para que deseja preparar suas refeições. A Nicole é acessível, tirei todas as minhas dúvidas e tive prazer de conhece-la pessoalmente, pois o período que estivemos em Orlando foi na passagem do furacão Milton. A Nicole nos deu total apoio e se colocou a nossa disposição. Quando eu voltar em Orlando certamente ficarei na casa novamente.

Great home away from home

Loved the property and location. We stayed for a week. House was great and had all the amenities needed. If you are a baker and love to cook as well, the kitchen was excellent with all that is needed. I give this property a 5. Only back draw were the sugar ants but it just required to keep the kitchen clean. I will definitely stay here again :)

Perfect stay - beautiful, clean house!

We just got home from a stay at the house for our trip to Disney, and I would not hesitate to re-book the house for our next trip. The layout was perfect for our family, and we especially loved hanging out at the kitchen counter on the bar stools.

Far away from being unrespectful, but this is the most ridiculous review. You put a 2 star to a property because the cleaning lady, at past 10 am at your check out day opened the garage in order to prepare her stuff for start cleaning?! Also, the manager on duty once per stay it's ringing the bell just in order to check if everything it's fine or if you may need something. And you take stars for this ??? Honestly, some people should stay home , or at least make peace with themselves 🙄

Comfortable and spacious with a nice pool!

This was our first time ever using Vrbo and it was a positive experience. My children enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the screened in porch. The house had plenty of space for the four of us and we were all pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen was very nice. We did not hang out in the house for long, only to rest between outings but everything we could need was there. I feel it's important for others to know, the bedroom with the daybed is next to the front porch and the motion detected light shines right into that room. Thankfully my young daughter wasn't bothered by it much but others might be. We could not figure out a way to shut off the light, if it's even possible. But again, it worked out alright. If we ever go back to Orlando, I would consider staying at this house again.

A pleasant home base, conveniently located near Disney World

Villa Ginevra is a pleasant home base. It is well located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious and the lanai/pool is directly on a golf course. We had a couple minor things come up, but the host and building manager were very responsive. Overall a nice stay and would definitely stay there again.

Quiet Neighborhood

If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood away from the craziness of Orlando, this is the spot. Just don't book when I want to go. Lol. The house is well maintained and we have used the property several times now and we find it a great home away from home. Thank you!
