Yes, the host was very welcoming. Everything was excellent except for the TV channels. We couldn’t get any sports on in the evenings. Other than that, it was fine.

Amazing host, quiet area, beautiful home, check-in was seamless, the pool deck had some sort of stains which seemed like old balloons that were popped and melted over time that gets stuck under your feet otherwise everything else was as expected.

Perfect for a short stay near disney

Everything we needed for a short 5 days stay.Pool area could have been a bit cleaner and needed some umbrellas as there is no shade. But overall a great stay, good location and quiet neighborhood.

Lovely home in great location

We were visiting Disney and the location was great. The home is nicely appointed and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

National Football Tournament

Amazing Accommodation with Nicole

We had a fantastic stay at Nicole’s place! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, very close to the supermarket and Nicole was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Cheer competition travel

The home met our needs…communication with the owner was positive. We chose this property based upon high cleanliness ratings-and we were very disappointed. The home needs a thorough deep cleaning-cabinets were sticky, counters had crumbs on them when we arrived…which is presumably why the kitchen had ants.

My stay at davenport

Stay was great but property need some updates and repair but over all was great no hot or heated pool and no toilet paper or towels wash cothes some surfaces were warn but it was nice and not far from parks thank you very much

Not a good experience

We didn’t have a good experience staying at this house. We were supposed to stay several nights but it wasn’t clean. My wife spent a lot of time and energy trying to clean the place. Hair was found on counter and on pillow. There was a very musty smell. We left for another house after the first night.

Home Away From Home

Me and my partner were looking for a relaxing getaway, he stumbled on to this property and it did not disappoint. Felt like home away from home. spacious, warm, clean, convenient to supermarkets, places to eat and attractions. I will definitely keep this on the list of go to's...

Famalam holiday in Florida

The villa is in an ideal location only 3 miles drive from local supermarkets and 5 miles from restaurants. It was home from home, everything you need including an ice machine. Beds lovely and comfortable and air condition was a dream. We needed to contact the host and immediate response and sorted. Pool was lovely and clean and maintained during our stay.

Great House - Super Convenient to Disney World

This house is super convenient to everything in the Disney area. With Traffic you are about 30 minutes form the parks. The beds are perhaps the most comfortable of any VRBO home I've stayed in. I forgot to check out the brand so we could replace ours! We had a problem with the oven and the security light, Nicole & Mauro were quick to replace them. If I had to change something, I would add dressers or bureaus to the other bedrooms as the did not have any storage other than the closests which were plenty big. Other than that, the house was very clean , updated, and comfortable. I took an excellent nap on a very comfortable couch. Thanks again for a great stay. We wil ldefinitely be using Nicole an Mauro again.

Beautiful villa

We loved the house: very spacious, clean and comfortable. The house is located in a very quiet area and offers excellent privacy. The most impressive part of the rental and the rental process was the super responsiveness of our host Nicole. Several questions we sent to her by email in advance of our rental were answered in detail sometimes within minutes. Any concerns we had were dealt with immediately. For instance, we asked for an umbrella because the sun was really hot around the pool. Mauro, the property manager, dropped a new umbrella off later that same afternoon. Nicole's efficiency and responsiveness, and Mauro's fast response time were impressive. We will certainly rent the house again if we decide to go back to Florida in the future.

Health Care Implementation team

The house was beautiful and very well decorated. Myself and one of my business partners are healthcare implementation team and we’re installing at hospitals in the area. We like to rent homes over hotels when possible as we work very odd hours. A house have long a pool is a big bonus after a long day of work. Unfortunately the pool was in very poor (green & cloudy) conditions and we were uncomfortable using it during our entire stay. The manager did respond quickly however was unable to fix the problem during our stay. This was a real bummer for us not being able to use the pool that we paid for.

Dear Darren, thank you for your candid review and for staying with us. Unfortunately the pool issue was not possible to be resolved in only 2 days as for the quantity of the water and the products the pool technician needed to add. It would be honest to explain that the cause of this issue was not depended on us , instead of the previous guests who lived inside the pool iron jewels, which have eliminated the chlorine in the pool water, creating a turbid and non-crystalline effect. The water was perfectly clean. The technician was there twice per day and explained you everything also confirming that you where able to use the pool. Unfortunately this are inconvenience that do dot depend on us, the management team or owners and I would understand your frustration if we would not do anything in order to resolve it during your two days stay. So before add a 3 stars review to the Villa I would been more comprehensive and emphatic especially that we have done all the possible to resolve the issue. Fantastic, spacious and clean.

This property is great, it was clean and had everything you need for cooking and eating. However, a few things that need attention, the furniture was stained and in need of a deep upholstery cleaning. Door knobs were loose. Curtains need washing, too much accumulated dust which is not good for people with allergies like myself. The pool light did not work for a night swim. I've overlooked these things and just threw clean sheets over the sofas and the top of the curtains to stop the dust in the air. I did without the pool light. I do not like to complain I just took care of these simple things my way. Again, I really liked the property and would love to come back next year.

Tiny things

We had a good stay, the house was very clean and spacious We feel the house needs a going over for a few of the below things: -Little to NO garden furniture... no table and 3 plastic chairs- Not the chairs in the photos -Ceiling fan in the bathroom hanging off -Pool needs some TLC, dirt and sand around the pool -Pool paintwork needs touching up -No washing line -Beds looked good but were mattresses put onto of old divan bases within the wooden frames? -Actual mattresses were a bit tatty -The A/C was for the entire house, couldn't have individual rooms hot or cold... so in bed at night was an issue -No actual lights in bedrooms... just lamps The stay was good, property was clean and good relaxed quiet neighbourhood! We had some bad weather one or two nights and the pool netting came apart to which we contacted the host and they sorted The host are very responsive The location was ideal for us as we didn't do Disney, even so Disney was a 15/20 min drive We were spending time in tampa, was very easy in the I4 Lots of supermarkets and fast food near by after long days out I would recommend the villa to an older family (teenagers plus) if the small details were corrected

Nice house but grubby / dirty pool area. Poor communication from owner. Avoid this place.

House is nicely decorated albeit in the middle of nowhere. Pool area is filthy and the furniture (completely different to the photos) is grubby / covered in bird poo. A tiny snake slithered by - it looked like 2 dead ones were in the pool. No cover from the Florida sun. Lots of sand piling up. Pool screens need cleaning. Pool deck black with dirt. Nonstop traffic noise. Entire pool area very unwelcoming - we did not use it at all during our 8 night stay. Large cockroach in bedroom. 2 dead lizards in bathroom. Entry points need to be blocked. Owner has restricted AC to a range that works for her. Many dirty cutlery and drawers. Blinds in toilet do not cover window. We were given 1 document that included one door code and another document with a different door code. It also said there was a book with info on the table but this was not there. Securty is a concern - lock on exterior sliding doors is ancient / flimsy. Lock on the sml bathroom external door is also ancient and flimsy. Anyone can access pool via 2 unlocked doors. Minutes after arriving we were shocked by a man walking around the pool area unannounced. Not safe for kids! We received a curt response from Nicole but then she totally vanished! We sent messages on Wed and by checkout on Sat we had still not received a response. We stay in around 20 accommodations per year, and this was most disappointing especially for the circa £200 per night cost for the 2 of us. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!
