"Saltwater Splendor" very comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Sorry, no pets are permitted, and the home is not to be used for private events (no weddings, prom parties, bachelorette/bachelor parties, etc).



Freshly laundered quilts, sheets, and towel sets are provided for each bedroom and bathroom. Please remember to bring your own beach towels or contact us before your stay for beach towel rental options. You'll arrive to the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hand soap.



Once you book, we will gladly help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to private yoga, bike and crib rentals, or a personal chef to cater a special meal or stock your fridge!

The Neighborhood:

Located on a quiet, residential street just South of all the restaurants, shops, and entertainment of Stone Harbor. Enjoy stunning sunset views over the bay, and a short walk to the pristine beaches.



Getting Around:

Park your car and walk to all that Stone Harbor has to offer! Nearby Chelsea Park offers a playground, fitness course and activities. Allow us to rent bicycles for you to explore all of Seven Mile Island.



Other Things to Note:

The Five bedrooms are all located on the second floor. The primary bedroom features a KING size bed, reading nook, and spacious en suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms are spacious and feature Queen beds and en-suite bathrooms and the 5th bedroom features a very spacious pyramid bunk, queen on the bottom full on the top. Now under new ownership, some cosmetic updates may not be reflected in the photographs.



The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.



No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.



Please note that the private pool is open seasonally and is available through Labor Day Weekend. After Labor Day, the pool closes for the season.
