SPECTACULAR Oceanfront Views and A/C!

Enjoy the sunrise, turtles and whales in season directly off your private lanai! Kauai's best snorkeling? A 5 minute walk to Lawai Beach. Kid-friendly beach? "Baby Beach" a 5 minute walk the other way. Surfing? 30 feet to the water for 5 popular breaks. Dining? Beach House restaurant next door & Kukui'Ula upscale shopping & dining a 10 minute walk away. Sights? Spouting Horn, Poipu beach, more turtles, monk seals and Puka Dog just a short drive! Come & see!

Now with access for three of our guests to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club at 2290 Poipu Road (1.5 miles door to door), open 7 to 7 daily with its pool, workout facilities, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts and restaurant! See photos or search for Poipu Club online for pics of the pool and a map to the Club! **Note pics of the pool and jacuzzi are the pool at the Club--Kuhio Shores does not have an onsite pool or jacuzzi.**

We are constantly working on improving things, including furniture. We hope that when you arrive, things will be even nicer!

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo. The location is unbeatable overlooking a small cove and right next to the Beach House. The condo was clean and well maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept well every night. The kitchen was well stocked, we enjoyed cooking most of our meals in the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay, beautiful accommodations with everything you need in an ideal location. We loved watching the turtles every morning from the lanai and would absolutely choose to stay here again when we return to Kauai!

This was our 5th stay in the building, 3rd in this unit (1st with this owner) and we love it. The unit is very clean, some furnishings have been updated, comfortable bedding, and Renee was quick in all communications. This is a perfect place to enjoy Kauai, watch the sea turtles, feel gratitude for each sunrise and just to totally relax.

We loved the views and listening to the relaxing waves at this beautiful Poipu condo! It was so clean, updated, and very spacious! The bed was very comfortable and everything you could need was supplied: beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, even hiking/trekking poles! The kitchen was huge and gorgeous. Communication with the host was fantastic as well. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to stay here again- thank you!

I don't have the right words to describe how lovely this little place was! It was just perfect! It was super clean! I really commend the housekeeper. They do a phenomenal job! The house had everything we needed and more! Thank you for the beach chairs and umbrella! That was a treat! And the view!! My goodness!! Every day watching sea turtles from the patio!! We loved having the morning sun and the shade in the afternoon! We had a full view of the ocean, plus having a full view of the little cove was more than we imagined! Absolutely gorgeous! The location is perfect, quiet except for that one rooster, hahaha! Also, seeing those beautiful Rose-ringed parrots every night was fun! The kitchen had just what we needed, and the furnishings were very nice. The king bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was very clean and had plenty of towels for the beach and bathing. Did I mention how clean this place was? Really nice!! I would highly recommend this home!! Thank you, Renee, for letting us stay in your beautiful place!!

This condo was amazing and we fully enjoyed our stay! Everything was well appointed - the kitchen, bath & beach towels, beach chairs, snorkels, books, even a pair of hiking poles for guests to use. The location was terrific for exploring the south island (baby beach was only a 5 minute walk down the street). The comfortable furniture on the east-facing balcony was great for drinking coffee and watching the sun rise and the sea turtles which were frequent visitors to the small bay just below. Facing east also meant the condo stayed cooler in the afternoon hours, and a short walk around the lawn provided amazing sunset views. Renee was very communicative and helpful both before and during our stay. Highly recommend this place, we'd give more stars if we could - thank you for sharing your place with us Renee!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. I loved the amount of storage in the bathroom and bedroom! No shortage of places to store your items. Beautiful apartment, stunning view of the beach, and very conveniently located just a 2-5 minute drive from all the shops, restaurants, and beaches that the south shore has to offer. Renee was a fantastic host throughout our stay. Will definitely be staying here if we return to Kauai.

Beautiful place and location

Great unit next to the water. Loved all the little extras including kitchen items that included zip lock bags, foil, etc. Even though you couldn't see the ocean from the bedroom you could still hear it. We are divers and loved being close to the dive shops and pier. Would stay again.

Watch Turtles from Balcony

We loved this condo. It is exactly as pictured, cleaned, easy check-in and out and the owner was quick to respond when I had a question. We absolutely loved sitting on the balcony and watch the turtles eat every day. Plenty of shopping and eating places near by. It’s a great location and very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Renee’s Poipu Paradise! The condo was comfortable, clean, and cool - perfect for two people. The kitchen was great for cooking, the bathroom had ample counter space, the bed was comfortable, and they had beach equipment available for use too. Our favorite feature was the lanai that overlooks the small cove and ocean. We saw turtles everyday, and even had a shark sighting from the lanai, because the water is so clear. The condo was a great home base for exploring all the magic that Kauai has to offer. And Lāwai beach neighboring the condo building was definitely the best snorkeling on the south end of the island. You won’t regret staying here!

Great spot in Koloa

Great location (Kōloa/Poipu), well stocked kitchen and beach toys a plenty. Very clean. Everything you need. Very friendly staff here as well.

Such a great stay in Kuhio shores! The condo was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. We thought it was a great location, close to restaurants, shops and beaches. You can not see sunset from the unit, but you can go right next door to the Beach House restaurant to catch an amazing sunset. This unit feels very spacious and was more than enough room for the 3 of us. Lots of bathroom counter space which is always helpful! Paul and Renee were very kind and attentive to anything we needed. Highly recommend staying here for your Poipu adventures.

We are from San Diego and raised three boys. We visited Kauai a few years ago for the first time and haven't been able to keep ourselves from coming back every year! We love helping people have fantastic Hawaiian vacations on this beautiful garden island!

On the East side of the building you have the fantastic view of Hoai Bay and its turtles, with a view to the open ocean and whales in season to the South. The beauty of the East side is that while you get great sunrises, the sun passes over around noon, leaving the East side in the shade and away from the sun during the hottest hours. 1 bedroom units in Kuhio Shores are also allowed to have a/c in each room, while 2 bedroom units have to choose where to install 2 units (so must leave out either a bedroom or the living room).
