Inside, the main living area keeps everyone connected with an open layout, comfortable seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is ready for group meals with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a large island with bar seating, pendant lighting, and everything needed for coffee before the beach, easy lunches, or dinner after a day in the sun. Two dining tables give the group room to spread out for meals, card games, or planning the next day’s Port A outing.

The sleeping layout works well for families, couples, or friends traveling together, giving everyone space to reset between shared plans. The primary bedroom offers a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms are arranged for flexible group stays. In-home laundry adds a practical perk for longer trips, beach towels, and sandy clothes.

Outside, the home makes the most of its pondside setting. The location keeps Port Aransas simple. The beach is nearby, but guests should plan to drive for Gulf days, shell hunting, and sunset walks. Local restaurants, shops, fishing charters, golf cart rides, and downtown Port A are all within easy reach. Spend the morning by the Gulf, cool off at the community pool, then return to Das Strandhaus for pond views, dinner on the grill, and a quiet coastal night close to everything.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Construction is ongoing in Port Aransas, so we cannot guarantee that you won't encounter construction, building activities, or community improvement projects during your stay.
- Cable and Wi-Fi are provided for your convenience; however, outages may occur from time to time.
- Please keep in mind that Port Aransas is an island, and mosquitoes or other pests may be plentiful at certain times of the year.
- Accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
