OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Parking: Please inquire at the front desk for parking details and availability.
• Pet Policy: No pets allowed in the units or on the premises.
• Smoking: All units are non-smoking; designated smoking areas are provided.
• The minimum age to rent is 25. A valid ID and matching credit card are required at check-in for a $300 incidental hold (subject to change).
• Only ADA service animals are permitted. A fine of up to $1000 may apply for bringing non-service animals, and eviction may follow.
• No trailers, boats, or motorcycles allowed on property. Overflow lot parking is available for a fee (subject to change).
• Late checkout may result in a $500/hour fee and possible eviction.
• Condo assignment is based on availability. Views and unit features may vary from the photos.
• Amenity closures may occur unexpectedly and are not guaranteed during your stay.
• Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Longer stays may require a unit switch. Both units will be comparable, and staff will assist with the transition.
• Exterior renovations are underway through Sept 10, 2025, to upgrade wall panels. We’re working to limit guest impact—thanks for your support!
