Our home is designed for a luxury, hotel-style stay and is not suitable for gatherings beyond registered guests.

Parking:
The property has a 2-car driveway with additional parking available along the sidewalk.
You will be provided with a garage and gate remote for easy access.

WiFi Access:
High-speed WiFi is available.
The password will be provided within 24 hours of check-in.

Guest Information:
Please ensure that all guest names are included in your reservation.

If you anticipate having additional visitors during your stay, kindly inform us in advance for approval.

We do allow early check-ins, but may not always be able to accommodate a late check-out (after 11AM). Our late check-out fee is $50 and to check-in prior to 12PM noon, there is also a $50 early-check in. Thanks for your understanding!

Long-Term Stays:
We welcome extended stays for traveling professionals, medical workers, and corporate guests. If you’re planning a long-term stay, let us know—we’d love to accommodate you!

Other Details:
*Please take a moment to review our house rules, and treat the home as you'd like your home to be treated. Any damages, broken, or stolen/missing items could result in a $200+ per damage fee.

*ALL trash must be put in either the black bin or the green bin for recycling by the front entrance. If trash is outside of the trash bin, the service will not pick it up, which will leave us to charge a $50 trash fine fee.

* Please DO NOT wear shoes around the home. Please take off your shoes when you are walking on the carpets of the home to avoid any stains and or dirt. It is always best practice to remove your shoes when entering a home, so we appreciate you for adhering to this common housekeeping tip!

* Please DO NOT wear blue jeans or any clothes that could stain the white dining chairs as we'd love to keep them at spotless as possible. We understand if things happen, but would appreciate you for being mindful as we have put a lot of thought into the design of the home!

* Please DO NOT use the white towels to take off any makeup. There are black reusable makeup towels for you to use to do so.

Heating & Cooling:
There are thermostats on each floor of the home. Simply tap the sides to toggle between heating and cooling options. Please reframe from putting the cool extremely down in a short amount of time as this could give the AC unit some trouble. Gradually bring the temperature down, please! Thank you!

Wine Cooler Fridge:
Welcome to luxury! Feel free to use the wine cooler fridge in the kitchen to enjoy some bubbly with friends and family! We only ask to please shut the fridge door firmly after each use to preserve its lifespan and ensure your beverages actually stay cool. Enjoy!

Household Games:
There are a variety of games to enjoy during your stay so please enjoy yourself! In the backyard, there is storage container with additional games you can set up on the grass as well, so please help yourself! We only ask that you put the games back in their respective sleeves and within the storage container before your departure. We highly recommend you challenge your friends and/or family to a few games! 😉
