Welcome to your stylish Houston escape! This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome is thoughtfully designed across three spacious levels and includes 4 beds total, making it perfect for families, professionals, or small groups.

Living Room (2nd floor):
Bright, cozy, and inviting with a large sectional sofa, smart TV, hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. A perfect space for relaxing or gathering with friends and family.

Kitchen & Dining Area:
The modern kitchen features quartz countertops, a large island with bar seating, a gas range and oven, a built-in wine cooler, and full cooking essentials. The open floor plan connects the kitchen to the dining space, making it ideal for shared meals and entertaining.

Bedrooms:
Primary Suite (3rd floor): King bed with an en-suite bathroom that includes a soaking tub, double sinks, and a separate shower. Only the primary suite has a tv.

Second Bedroom (3rd floor): Two twin beds and an attached private bathroom, ideal for guests or children.

Third Bedroom (1st floor): Queen bed with a private full bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The home includes 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, each featuring sleek fixtures, plenty of space, and modern design.

Laundry Area:
A dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer, plus shelving for storage and ease of use during longer stays.

Garage:
Private 2-car garage with direct access to the home. Great for added security and convenience, especially for travelers with vehicles or gear.
Garage has Level 2 240v electric vehicle charging as well.

One of the home’s best features—this covered rooftop includes outdoor seating, a grill, a mini fridge, and sweeping views of downtown Houston. It's a perfect space for relaxing, dining, or entertaining.

And to make it even more special, you can see the firework from Daikin Park right from the balcony!

Please note we allow SMALL gatherings of 10 or less. Anymore guests will need to be held with a deposit.

We highly recommend you try the coffee shop right in the backyard of the property! It's absolutely one of our favorite places!

We do allow long-term stays as well.

Guests will have full access to the home and garage.

We are more than happy to follow our guests lead! We will be there should they need us and let them enjoy their stay in the backgrounds.

We do offer early check-in and late check out. Early check-in is $60 and late check-out is $80. Please let us know 1 WEEK BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION if you'd like an early check-in. Please do not request early check-in prior to then. Please wait to ask until you're 1 week out so we can provide a hard confirmation that we can accommodate that time. Thank you in advance!

Close all curtains when you leave.
Do not manually lock the door from the inside.

Cleanliness & Trash
Use the green bin for recycling and the black bin for regular trash.
Trash left beside bins will incur a $50 fee.

Report any spills, breakages, or damage immediately—don’t wait until checkout.

Towels & Linens
Black towels only for makeup removal; please do not use white towels for makeup.
Extra towels and linens are available in the closets.

Balcony & Rooftop
Ensure the mini fridge is fully closed after use.
Be mindful when using the rooftop grill; clean after each use.

Living Area
Keep all remotes and devices visible on tabletops; do not hide or remove.

Climate Control
Maintain a reasonable temperature setting; adjust the thermostat gradually.

Use your reserved garage space only; street parking is available for extra vehicles.
